Some Time Out On The Town! [Closed]

It was night and this part of town was still buzzing with life. Young men, women, couples all walked through the streets, crowding each other and having a good time. No children were out at this time, at least in this area. This area was where people went to drink and party the night away. Among these people was a busty white haired young woman by the name of Kanna Aikotsuki. Alone as usual, she sat in a bar with her head hung low and a pinkish tint to her face. Yep, she was drunk. Drunk might of even been an understatement. Utterly wasted sounded more like an accurate description. She almost couldn't keep her head from falling to the counter. Luckily, the bar tender finally told her she had enough and demanded her leave his bar. Kanna, unable to walk straight, kicked off her back high heeled shoes and began her way down the neon-lit street with one strange thing on her mind. A man she met about a week ago, Snopy Saika. At the moment, she couldn't remember very much about their encounter, but she could remember one thing. That one thing was something she felt she needed to do, and that was to find him. As she came to the corner of a very busy street, she stopped and looked around. She felt dizzy for a moment and stumbled towards a metal pole, it being the only thing keeping her to her feet. With a burst of will power, she pushed herself back to her feet and clenched her high heel shoes tightly in her right hand, swung her arms rapidly, and yelled.

"SNOPY!!! WHERE ARE YOU, SNOPY!!" Obviously, she caught the attention of every single person on the street when she screamed as loudly as she did. "What are you looking at!?" she pointed at the closest person and yelled at them, flipped them off, and began walking in the other direction. She stepped out in front of a car and heard them honking. She stopped and turned towards them as they slammed on their breaks, stopping an inch away from her body. "Get out of the way, bitch!" the man in the car said. "HEY! I'M WALKING HERE!!!" Kanna yelled at him, and kicked his car with her bare feet. She continued walking, the man in the car speeding passed her once he could. "SNOPY!" Kanna began yelling again, repeating it over and over again, continuing to walk down the street.

It was a rather peaceful night. There wasn't anything in the way of hollow attacks going on, so the Vizard Squadron wasn't too active. The training areas had a few people who diligently train night and day, as well as those who prefer to do it at night. As for paperwork, there wasn't really much of it that needed to be done. This was because, oddly, they were way ahead of schedule. Still, Snopy was sitting in his office despite this. They were ahead, but Snopy just wanted to get as much work as he could done, that way he could take a few days and relax knowing they would stay ahead. He was probably going to just crash in the commander's quarter's tonight, since it would probably be far easier than going home. He wasn't really all that tired yet, just it seemed unnecessary to go home when anything he would be using tonight would be at the Vizard Squadron anyway.

Meanwhile
There was one higher member of the Vizard Squadron who was out and about in the town. As he walked down the street, he suddenly heard someone screaming what sounded like "Snopy". Upon investigating, he found a drunk Kanna screaming Snopy's name. Startled, he observed for awhile. Her arms were flailing at times, and she was yelling at random people. After a little bit of this, he finally felt it would be proper to call Snopy. The man reached to his ear and activated a small device that lay planted within, this device being his codec.

Snopy was just getting up to stretch and go to his quarter's when the codec in his ear started to ring. Snopy took the communicator out of his pocket and set it to the frequency of his codec, and upon seeing who was calling, he accepted the connection. "Snopy here, what's going on?" The man began to explain. "There is a woman going all over downtown. She looks drunk and she is screaming your name, and yelling at random people." Snopy raised an eyebrow. "Is she still there? Can you send a picture?" The man gave a simple "affirmative" before taking a pic of the woman using his communicator. The image was then transmitted to the codec, encoded, and sent to Snopy's codec, decoded, and finally going to Snopy's communicator. This process took about 10 seconds due to all of the places the information had to travel through. An image appeared on Snopy's screen and his eyes widened. "I'll be right there, keep on her so I can find her." Snopy jet out of the Vizard Squadron HQ and made his way to the point in which the man who contacted him was located. The place was downtown, and Snopy didn't take long to reach his subordinate's location. The man simply pointed to Kanna, after which Snopy told him to go.

Kanna was coming down the street in his direction. Snopy waited in the shadow of the alleyway. He was way too embarrassed by this to go out and talk to her, so he merely waited. As she passed the alley, his hands shot out from the dark, covered her mouth, and pulled her backwards into the alley. "Will you quiet down!?" Snopy held onto her for a moment before letting go of her. "Can you please explain the reason you are going up and down the street hollering my name like that? And why are yoy acting this way? You didn't seem anything like this before."

Note: The codec is just a device that sends and receives encrypted messages, and audio is sent directly to the ear.

"SNOPY!!!!" Kanna continued her yelling, completely unaware of the one actually watching over her. She ignored the staring eyes and the finger pointing people did as she screamed crazily. It had been a while since the woman had any liquor, so it affected her a little stronger than usual. "SNOPY!!!! HELP ME!!!" She screamed more like you would hear a young girl in a horror move scream that time. She figured that he showed up once when she was in need of 'help', so why not try again!? She continued moving down the streets, screaming his name and actually beginning to get upset over the fact that he was not answering her. Since her mind wasn't normal at the moment, she wasn't getting the fact that she was in the busiest and liveliest part of Karakura and would likely not be heard beyond the corner of the street. She kept going, stopping in front of a dark alley, but not paying any mind to it at all. She took in a deep breath and was about to to scream louder than she had before. A quick flail of the arms, she opened her mouth and, "SNOOOO-" she was cut off by a hand being put over her mouth. Kanna's entire body stiffened and froze in horror as she was pulled back into the alley. She even felt her heart beat momentarily speed up, but calmed down when she heard the voice. It was familiar and it was the one she had been wanting to hear this entire time.

"Hehehe..." Kanna giggled in cute manner as her back was currently to Snopy. She slowly turned her head back towards him and smiled sweetly. "I was right..." she said with that pink tint over her face, "You do come when I call for help. How cute!" Kanna was definitely off, but was she acting a hell of a lot nicer than when they met. Currently, she wore a revealing black dress that showed off every curve of her body and her large bust through a stringed pattern on the front. The dress came down to her knees, spaghetti straps over her shoulder. Her hair was messy, but looked like she had taken care of it before coming out this night. She looked really tired and the pink blush on her face was not fading, both of these being due to her being absolutely wasted. She had her heels in her right hand and was obviously walking around barefoot. She took a step forward and then moved a bit quicker, walking straight into Snopy and placing her hands on his shoulders. A drunk and flirty smile came onto her lips as she pushed herself onto her tip-toes and placed her right index finger at the upper line of his jaw. She used the finger to trace down his jawline to his chin, speaking in a seductive manner, as her chest was pressed against his, "I've been looking for you all night, Snopy... Why did it take you so long to come to me?" Upon asking the question, she flung her arms around him and held him close to her, laying her head on his chest and now standing normally, not on her tip-toes.

As Snopy observed before he went in, and she simply continued screaming. Suddenly, she shouted really really loudly as if she was being attacked in a horror movie. She was screaming to Snopy to help her. This made his next action seem a little ironic, since as she began the loudest scream of all he grabbed her and pulled her into the alley. He could feel her body stiffen in fear, though things changed when he spoke up. Oh did they change. There was no response to the question he asked. All that left her mouth was a cute giggle, which made Snopy raise an eyebrow. Then she turned to him with a sweet smile on her lips...a sweet smile? Snopy was becoming very confused. Then she mentioned being right, and then called it cute how Snopy came when she called. "Well, I got a call stating some woman was running up and down the streets. I was confused at first, and when I found out it was you I was even more confused. Still, I had to come down." Kanna though seemed to ignore Snopy's words. First, a step. Then several more and she was right in front of him. Her hands pressed on her shoulders and she got on her tip toe's. A blush appeared on Snopy's face as she drew her index finger down his jawline. Her chest ended up pressed against his, and her seductive speak made her words sound very provocative. It was immediately after this her arms swung around him and held onto him as her head rested on his chest.

Snopy was very flustered at this point. She was an attractive woman, she was dressed in a very sexy outfit, and she was being flirty and seductive and...oddly cute. He had absolutely no idea how to respond to this. Was this even...the same woman? She was so cold and distant before. Snopy was definitely highly turned on at the moment. "Err...Kanna, are you okay? You are acting completely different than you did last week, and it is a little odd. As..arousing as this all is, this just feels a little...unsettling." As he spoke, he gently pried Kanna off of him so she was just standing in front of him. Of course, he did nothing to keep her off, so if she clung to him again nothing would stop her, at least until Snopy pulled her off again. He was obviously very flustered as he looked at her, his face was a quite red. "Why are you acting so different?" He stood, waiting for some response from her.

Kanna wasn't exactly in the right of mind to realize what she was doing. He asked if she was okay and she immediately replied with the tightening of her arms around his torso. "I'm fine... I am glad I finally found you!" she said, followed by another cute giggle. The next part of his statement made her smirk. She looked up to him and smiled, an extremely flirtatious expression in her eyes. "Arousing? Am I arousing to you Snopy?" she took the two fingers on her right hand, and having them 'walk' up his chest, to his neck, and then to the back of his jaw. She then ran her index finger along his chin again and went to whisper into his ear, but was shockingly stopped by Snopy prying her off of him. She stared at him and blinked a few times. Immediately, she moved right back towards him, continuing to walk until she was able to push him up against one of the buildings that made the alley. If he did not move backwards, she'd raise both of her arms and wrap them around his neck. "Why pull away?" she asked him with seductive smile on her face and a strong hint of hard liquor on her breath, "Thought you said I was arousing you? What man pulls away from a woman practically throwing themselves at him?" Kanna tossed her heels off to the side and moved her hand to the side of his face, slowly slighting her fingers through his hair, from the front to the back until the reached the back of his neck.

"Tell me something..." Kanna spoke up with a slight whisper, once again laying her head on his chest, "Why is it I have not been able to stop thinking about your since we first met? It's been a week... Yet, I can't get you off my mind... I don't get why." Kanna dropped her arms from his neck, sliding her hands down his chest and then laying them there, seeming almost comfortable. "It's frightening..." she said just barely allowing it to be loud enough for him to hear her. She wasn't used to thinking about a man so much, especially with everything that has gone on in her life. She had it in her mind that none of them would truly care anyways, but Snopy confuses and shocks her with everything he has said, even if it was only one meeting....

As Snopy asked her if she was okay, suddenly he felt the grip tightening. She said she was fine, which Snopy knew wasn't true. Though she also said she was really happy to have found him. This was followed by another giggle, which Snopy was, admittedly, finding quite adorable. Then when he went on to mention the thing was unsettling to him, that was the one word Kanna ignored. She focused on the word arousing. The look in her eyes was flirtatious, if he had a weaker will he would have given in by now, but he knew something was definitely up. Kanna then ended up walking her fingers up Snopy's chest to his jaw and repeating the motion she had done earlier with his jaw. It was here that Snopy pried her off of him. After this, she just stood and blinked. After which, she started to approach him. Snopy was an expert at holding his ground, but it ended up causing her to wrap her arms around his neck. "Why pull away?" Kanna asked. She wondered why he would back away from a woman he found arousing when she was throwing herself at him. At this point, his hands were simply locked at his sides. He didn't pry her off again immediately because maybe he would get some answers better that way. That was when he noticed it. The city air wasn't exactly clean, but through the slight city smell he noticed the scent of hard liquor. She's drunk. Snopy thought to himself.

However, before he could comment on it, she began to speak, laying her head against his chest. She went onto ask about why she couldn't stop thinking about him, about how over the week she couldn't get him off her mind. She called it frightening. "Wha?" This caught Snopy off guard, he did not expect that. He was aware of how honest drunk people tended to be. The inhibitions that stop people from acting in certain ways are generally nonexistent when drunk. Kanna was making herself awful comfortable on Snopy's chest. For a short while, he was distracted and forgot that he needed to find out why she would get so wasted, he even momentarily forgot to bring it up. "You can't stop thinking about me? I...wouldn't know why that is." Snopy was obviously even more flustered. "I mean, last week you acted so hostile. I figured you would just forget about me after a day or two. After thinking about it, I assumed you just really didn't want to deal with me." Snopy put his hands on Kanna's shoulder's and pushed her so, once more, she wasn't resting on him. He left her standing right in front of him, he was just still finding this a little awkward, and he had no intention of taking advantage of a drunk person and simply enjoying it.

"You can't stop thinking about me? I...wouldn't know why that is." was what he replied with. A slightly saddened look came on her face. "I couldn't... I don't know why either..." she said in a low, slightly mumbled reply back. "I mean, last week you acted so hostile. I figured you would just forget about me after a day or two. After thinking about it, I assumed you just really didn't want to deal with me." Kanna clenched his shirt within her hands rather tightly. She stayed silent for a moment, hesitating and unsure of what to say to him. "I kno-..." she started, but stopped. She did not look at him. She kept her head facing towards the side, refusing to show that a few tears actually were falling down her face. "It hurts..." she mumbled again, sounding breathless as she began moving her arms down to her own chest. It was then that he grabbed her and pushed her away. Dazed and only looking slightly confused, she stared at him. She had a hint of many, many emotions in her eyes. Sadness, anger, fear, hope, and despair... A lot of emotions for one person to not only be able to feel, but to show it just through the look they held in their eyes. "I..." she spoke once more, but stopped herself again. "Nope. Outta here!" she suddenly laughed at herself hysterically and walked away, forgetting her shoes and began to leave the alley. If stopped, she would merely look back to Snopy with the same look she just had a few moments ago and then attempt to get away again. If she was not stopped, she would continue down the street towards yet another bar that she knew of. She'd do her best to walk as straight as she could, head to the bar, and ask for three shots of her 'usual'.

Kanna looked a little sad when he told her he didn't know why she couldn't stop thinking about him. It was a little silly, being sad someone else couldn't figure out her emotions, the emotions of a woman they met one time. Drunk people, you know, what can a person do? As he continued, she seemed even more and more upset about something. He didn't know what it was, but it was making Kanna unable to make a coherent sentence. All that came out that had any substance was "it hurts". As he pushed her off of him, she showed many emotions through her eyes. It was now, with her staring at him, he saw that tears had indeed fallen down this woman's face. Snopy felt a little bad for her, whatever it was. She almost said one more thing, but suddenly she burst out laughing. With a quick statement, she just turned and left. She completely ignored her shoes and went to leave. "H-hey! Hold on a second!" Snopy rushed forward and cut off Kanna's path. She just looked at him again with the same mixed emotions as before. Within a moment she attempted to bypass him and go on her way again. Snopy however, refused to let her by, blocking whatever path she attempted to take. "Kanna, you're drunk. I noticed the liquor on your breath moments ago. Judging by how different you've been acting and how...potent the smell on your breath is, I can't let you go out on your own. You could do something to get yourself seriously hurt, or even killed. Snopy stood with his arms folded. He waited for some sort of response from the woman before him before continuing. "I say we should grab your shoes and I should take you somewhere to rest until you...sober up. That way you don't run the risk of killing yourself." He waited for some kind of response. He hinted that he wanted her to grab her shoes, though he would himself if need be. He would not allow her to go too far from him, after all, if she did he'd have to catch her before she died somehow.

"No!" she said in response to being told to hold on. She quickened her pace, but was stopped when he cut her off, causing her to bump into him a bit. She looked up to him with the same look. She then attempted to escape by stepping around him, "Let me go!", but was blocked once again. She stood there quietly and listened to him explain himself. "Yeah right!" she said, raising a hand and holding out an index finger as she put the other hand on her hip, "If I tried killing myself again, you'd merely stop me and you know it. You always show up when I need you! Hahaha!" Kanna giggled again, but then stopped and tilted her head to the side when he said to grab her shoes. She looked down to her hand and then looked back to where she tossed them. She sighed and realized that with him actually here, her path to self destruction likely stopped. There was nothing more that she was going to do, but deep down... isn't that what she wanted? She walked over to her shoes and was about to put them on, but since they were about four inch heels and she was drunk off her ass, she decided against it. Sighing, she picked them up and walked back towards Snopy. "I'll be fine..." she said in a mumble and casually stepped out into the alley.

At this point, her make-up was running, black unattractive streaks falling down her cheeks, and she knew it too. "Eh... I bet I look miserable..." she said with a chuckle and smile, "How stupid!" Kanna hurried back over to Snopy's side and stepped up rather close to him. "So you're worried about me, huh? Don't want me to get hurt? How sweet!" she said, sliding her hand into his and lacing her fingers with his own. "Well... If you wanna hang out for the night, where do you wanna go? I'm bored! I wanna have some fun." she said in a flirtatious voice and while moving close to him, bringing her other arm around and holding onto his, still holding his hand.

As he blocked her, she continually spoke up as she tried to get past him. Finally she stopped long enough for him to explain himself. She simply laughed it off, stating that when she needed him he would be there for her, starting to giggle. Snopy let out a sigh upon hearing this. If he could help it he would help her, but he wouldn't just magically know if she was doing it. He wouldn't necessarily be able to save her. When the shoes were pointed out, she sighed and picked them up, almost putting them on but in the end she didn't. She mumbled under her breath about how she'd be fine. Would she though? Her make up had been running since she cried and black streaks ran down her face. She let out a chuckle and mentioned looking miserable. The black lines didn't look good, but he had seen worse. Suddenly, she rushed back over to him and went in close again. She called his not wanting her to get hurt "sweet". Her fingers ended up sliding into his, but he didn't pull his hand back. He just allowed her to do so. She mentioned being bored and wanting to have some fun. He was sorry to disappoint her, but he wasn't going to let her have the kind of fun she probably meant. She sounded flirtatious and as if "something" was what she meant. Her other arm came and wrapped around his arm, to she had his arm basically in her grip.

Snopy raised his right arm up to his head and had it overlay his chin, in a thinking type position. "Well, I suppose the closest and safest place would be my house. You could rest there for...well at this point, probably the night. Not to mention it would give you a chance to fix up the places where your make up ran." Knowing how some women took this kind of thing, he continued on in a way that might stop her from being upset. "You look pretty, but you look far prettier when your make up isn't running." Snopy began to walk forward, and expected Kanna to walk with him. The destination was of course his house. He could have taken her to the Vizard Squadron HQ, but there were too many variables...such as the awkwardness and the fact that, though he did trust most of his subordinates, he didn't want to take any chances. Thus, they began the actually not REALLY long trek back to his house. The way she was holding his arms, it almost seemed like they were a couple. Of course, though he was a little embarrassed by what she did earlier, he wasn't embarrassed to have her with him now, even with messed up hair and running makeup. Besides, most people would just assume she was recently crying and leave it alone.

Kanna bit her bottom lip in excitement when she saw that Snopy was thinking about what she asked. She wanted to have some fun! What kind? She didn't know! Or did she? Either way, she waited for some sort of response and raised an eyebrow when she heard it. A flirtatious smirk moved onto her lips and soon turned into a smile. She moved a bit closer to him, purposely pressing her chest against his arm. "Oh really?" Kanna said in a seductive tone, "Back to your place for some rest, huh?" Obviously she was ignoring the slightly insulting crack at her make-up, especially since a moment later he covered the crack at it with a sweet comment on her being pretty. The moment Snopy began walking, she followed him, clinging to his arm for dear life as she stumbled a bit. She was feeling dizzy from the amount of alcohol in her system and was beginning to feel more than just the loony affects of it. "So, Snopy. Where do you live anyway?" Kanna asked him, laying her head on his shoulder as they walked down the street. "Hmm...." she turned to him and tilted her head to the side, "How strong are you?" She didn't really wait for an answer. Instead, she walked up behind him and set her hand on his shoulders. "Don't move!" she told him as she used him as a base, being sure not to hit him with the shoes she was holding in her left hand. She then hopped upwards and swung her legs around him, holding on with her arms wrapped around his front. "I don't wanna walk any more! I'm tiiiired." She said, whining to him as she nuzzled her face into his neck and hair. "And you smell good..."

When Snopy spoke about taking her back to his place, she got a rather suggestive smile on her face. Snopy had an idea of what she was thinking, but he didn't correct her. If she tried anything, he would speak up then. Since, being someone with some morals, he didn't want to take advantage of a drunk person. She was stumbling a bit, and clinging to his arm like if she let go she'd be devoured by some horrific monster from outer space that is convinced humans are merely an expendable resource. Thankfully, his crack at her makeup was unnoticed, or at least forgiven. He only said it because she'd probably want to fix that up, he was aware pointing it out wasn't the best idea, but hey, she was drunk. As they went down the street, the drunk confused female asked where Snopy lived. "It is a little ways out of the city portion, actually it is in a...richer neighborhood. I have a lot of money from my position, so...don't be shocked when you see it. He said it in a casual manner, not trying to show off or anything. Her head was on his shoulder now. After a bit more walking she asked how strong he was. Snopy almost turned around. "Wait wh...!!!" Suddenly Kanna was using his shoulders as a support, and told him not to move. There was a hop, and suddenly her arms and legs were wrapped around him. It was a piggy back ride. "I don't want to walk anymore, I'm tiiiired." He didn't have time to even respond when she nuzzled herself into him and said he smelled good.

A slight blush appeared on Snopy's face, but rather than argue, he continued walking. Without her stumbling, this would probably be a lot easier. "Umm, well...uh....uh, thank you. I got a shower about 3 hours ago since I felt a little dirty." That was the most he could come up with in response. He knew she was drunk, but it still flustered him. As they walked they slowly left downtown, and they were in a more suburban area. It would be another short while before they finally arrived were Snopy lived. Snopy had no idea what else to say, he just walked, unsure of even what to do with his hands at this point. "By the way, are you hungry? When we get back to my place you could have something to eat if you'd like. I'll admit that my cooking skills aren't the best, but the food doesn't taste bad. Besides, I have a butler, Niles, and a maid, Kohaku. Both of them are...better cooks than me, so something good can easily be whipped up." Snopy finished this and continued on, responding to anything Kanna might say or do.

Kanna closed her eyes as she practically made herself at home on his back. She was relaxing as she held herself up on his back. Most guys would have put their hands on her legs to hold her up, but Snopy made it all too obvious that he was a *little* shy in this situation by refusing to. It only made her smile, but she did stay quiet about it. As they continued walking, Snopy came up with a rather interesting reply to the fact that he smelled good to Kanna. Hearing it, Kanna merely smiled and set her chin on his shoulder. "Felt a little dirty huh?" she said in the same seductive tone she used before. She giggled a bit and then nuzzled her face into his neck and hair again, closing her eyes to relax a bit more. She honestly could feel herself coming down from the *wasted* feeling that she had a bit before, but not enough for her to be in the right of mind. It was more of an 'I need another drink' feeling. Continuing to hold onto him as he carried her along towards his home, Kanna was asked whether she was getting hungry or not. At the moment, she wasn't exactly sure. She was still out of it and food wasn't exactly the thing on her mind at this moment. In fact, her mind was on what he said right after that. "A maid and butler?" she thought to herself. Kanna opened her eyes and leaned forward a bit to look at him, blinking her eyes a couple of times. "I guess I can have something to eat..." she said to him and then raise an eyebrow, "Are you really that rich? To have a maid and butler?" Kanna looked around then and realized they actually were in the richer part of town. "Whoa-hoa-hoa-hoa!!! Now this is NICE! Do you seriously live up here?" Kanna sat up a bit more and looked around at all the houses with wide eyes and a huge smile, "No way! I've always wanted to live in one of these houses! There was a time I was gonna, b-... Hm..." Kanna stopped mid sentence and merely laid her head right back down on Snopy's shoulder. "I'm starting to feel way too dizzy... Oi... Set me down and I'll fall asleep right here. You don't need to carry me all the way ba-...." Kanna's body suddenly went limp, as if she lost control. Her arms loosened from around his neck and she began to slip and fall backwards towards the ground behind.

As he gave his awkward little comment about why he would smell good, Kanna, of course, took it in another direction. By the tone of her voice, it was OBVIOUS she meant a different dirty. "That isn't what I meant." He stated simply before she let out a slight giggle and nuzzled herself back into his neck and hair. As they walked, he brought up the topic of food. Her response to the food was rather bland, but Snopy should have known anyone who wasn't loaded would focus on the other aspect. Naturally, her main comment was on how he had a maid AND a butler. Snopy chuckled a bit and smiled. 3...2...1...and "Whoa-hoa-hoa-hoa!!! Now this is NICE! Do you seriously live up here?" Snopy chuckled even more when she spoke up, right on cue. "Yes I do, I can understand your surprise. I was surprised when I finally could afford something like this myself. Always thought it was above me." Kanna went on, gushing about she wanted to live in a house like this. She went on about something else, but cut herself off. She laid her head down on Snopy's shoulder. "You okay back there?" She was apparently dizzy, but then went on to some nonsense about just leaving her there. Like that would happen. He wasn't just gonna leave her on the sidewalk. Even more so since, though many of Snopy's neighbors were nice people, some of them were the snobbish rich types. The types that would put a sprinkler or hose on Kanna to get rid of her.

Her explanation was cut off with her suddenly losing her grip. If something wasn't done, she would have completely fallen back on the ground. "No you don't!" Snopy moved his arms in a flash, and due to his ability with a gun, his arms were extremely coordinated. He leaned forward and put his arms to hold up Kanna's legs. This made it so gravity was pulling her on top of him, not to the ground. He readjusted himself, so she was sitting on his back (same as before) but now his arms were supporting her. "Probably shouldn't have expected a drunk woman to be able to keep her balance. Good thing I caught you though." Snopy continued to walk, as they approached his mansion. He was thinking about a few things. There was a time I was gonna...she paused for a moment after gonna, was that just a pause to think about how to continue the statement...or is she saying there was a time she was going to live in a place like mine? For the moment, he left it alone. Once at his house, he would ask anything he really wanted to know. "We are almost there. Once we get there, you can get yourself comfortable."

They approached the richer half of the rich part of town. Now, rather than really large and wealthy homes, they were coming upon mansions. Giant yards, huge areas of land around them. The houses were greatly spaced, and there was a lot of open space around the mansions themselves that was also part of the property. Some were open with nothing more than gigantic lawns leading up to the mansions. Some had giant fences, some had giant gates. Some had almost no trees, some practically had forests leading up to the house. This was truly the place where the wealthiest of the wealthy lived. Snopy did a lot of things, the Vizard Squadron had its ways of bringing in money, and Snopy did occasionally do contracts akin to mercenary work, albeit it was mostly extermination of certain hollows and, if not, thorough research was done by the squadron to ensure no innocent life was being taken. Some contracts were worth a pretty penny, so yes, he was fairly loaded. "The people out here vary, as you can tell by the houses. What do you think? Pretty nice area eh? I didn't use to like places like this, always assumed snobby rich people. But some are really nice, and it is nice to live somewhere criminal's avoid."

"Yeah sure. Of course that's not what you meant... hehehe." Kanna replied before nuzzling herself back into him. It wasn't long after that she realized where they were and was completely taken aback by the astonishing size and beauty of the houses they were passing and even coming closer to. Snopy confirmed by saying he did live up there. She couldn't help but look around at everything in awe, stars practically shining in her own eyes. Soon after that, she became uncomfortably dizzy. It was not the best idea to get all excited when you have as much alcohol in her system as she does. "I'll be okaayyyyy...." she said in a whiny tone before telling him to just leave her on the ground. She was glad that he did not actually comply with her request to be left behind, but she also knew that he wasn't the type to do that in the first place. She just wanted to get somewhere and stop having to move around and walk, though she wasn't the one walking. It wasn't that much later that she lost her grip, fell weak, and began falling back off of him. Snopy's quick reflexes seemed to kick in and he brought her back up. She now laid in his hands, limp, and her arms sorta just hanging lifelessly over his shoulders as her head laid back down on his shoulder. Kanna actually almost fell asleep like this, but his continuing to talk to her kept her awake. She didn't really have a problem with it, though it did make her giggle. She remembered how much he talked when they first met. It was funny to see him try so hard to get to know her and then even ask her out on a date, though that didn't really end well either.

Kanna heard him tell her she could get comfortable when the two of them arrived at his home. She was very close to making another joke towards him, but hesitated. She felt herself slowly coming down from her being drunk and felt like the affects of the alcohol were calming down just enough for her to think slightly normally. The first thought that came to her mind was the fact that he was, once again, being so nice to her. She'll never understand or fully trust his moments, especially not on their second meeting, but something about him was just beginning to stick to her. Snopy spoke up about the area they were walking in and she did her best to lift her head and look around. It was definitely a rich persons neighborhood. He stated that he didn't used to like places like this because he thought they'd all be snobby, but apparently he had been wrong. That statement made her smile. "Of course not all rich people are snobby... You're among them." Kanna said sincerely as she closed her eyes, and relaxed her head on his shoulder again, "It's not possible for you to be snobby... You're too sweet." Kanna was being honest in that aspect. She wasn't mentally capable of lying at the moment, so that really wasn't shocking. She said what she felt, and obviously what she really felt towards him was not anger or dislike. Which was likely the cause of what she was to say next... "I'm sorry..." she said in a low whisper, "I was such a bitch to you... before... when we went on that little date that didn't go too well... My fault..." Kanna tightened her arms only slightly around his neck and never looked towards him, but she meant every word. During her apologizing though, she started sounding really tired, like she was ready to fall asleep right then and there, only fighting to stay awake.

Kanna didn't believe, or at least chose not to say she believed, Snopy when he said he didn't mean dirty in "that" way. However, the houses were becoming more and more astonishing, and Kanna was becoming even more amazed. She must have gotten too excited, since that is where the dizziness kicked in. It was a little surprising when Kanna didn't make a crack at Snopy's wording when he told her to "get comfortable". He realized what he had said after he said it, but she didn't capitalize. As Snopy explained his reasoning for not liking places like this, Kanna immediately spoke up and...it was a compliment. Her voice was sincere. As she laid her head back on him she continued, actually calling him sweet. Snopy was about to respond when she kept going...and it was an apology. She apologized for acting like a bitch, and that it was her fault. Snopy took it to heart, after all, there was a 90+% chance that she was telling the truth. He smiled a bit, but then shook his head. "No, it isn't all your fault. I was a little...unsure how to handle the situation. I probably came off as a lot more annoying, and talkative, because of it. Despite how calm and confident I sounded, I was at a loss of how to respond." They continued to walk and he finished up. "I honestly didn't know if you were a plain bitch or if there was some reason you would act that way, though now I know for certain you aren't actually a bitch." He left it at that as he stopped.

"Well, here we are." Snopy turned so they would be facing the yard. It was an interesting house. The entire thing was raised up. Right next to the sidewalk, there was a low wall with set of steps in the middle. It was only about 2 feet up, and at the top of the steps was more yard. The entire thing was 2 feet up. There was a stone path leading up to the house. The front lawn had several trees scattered about, but it was only a few. There was a lot of sunlight that could make it to the ground during the day. There were even 2 cherry blossoms. The mansion itself was quite large, as expected of a mansion. However, it was larger than many. While most mansions were 2 or 3 stories, this one was 4 stories. And it was as wide as any other mansion, meaning there was A LOT of space in it. There was more to it than that, but it was night time, and Snopy hadn't turned on the various lights that would illuminate the lawn. Snopy spoke as he made his way up the steps. "It is a little large I know, but I like it. A lot of space, I never have to worry about running out." He walked down the stone path, which was mostly straight save one point where it winded around a tree. He went up the steps that lead to the front door and opened it up.

The entrance was a cliche'd foyer. A giant open room, a pain in the ass to clean chandelier, and to the side were some steps leading up to a higher floor. He made his way across the wood floor, carrying the drunk woman. He walked through a door in the back of the foyer, and made his way to the living room. There, he set Kanna down on the couch. Snopy put his hand up to his ear, and turned on the codec. "Lets see...the frequency...is...there we go. Niles, we have a visitor. Please come down so we can see if she wants anything to eat." Snopy clicked off the codec, it would ring if he was contacted anyway. The living room was large and cozy. There was a fireplace and a large TV hanging over it. The TV was actually 75". Those TV's were always abnormally expensive, but Snopy had bought it after a string of high paying missions and contracts, so it didn't dent his funds much. The room was painted white, well lit, and if one looked around, surround sound speakers could be seen. "If you want, you can watch TV or put on some music...though, I recall you saying that you rarely watch TV or listen to music...rather bluntly I might add." Snopy chuckled, as he awaited Kanna's response to all of this.

"Still... I'm sorry..." she told him as she once again nuzzled her face into his neck, intentionally allowing her lips to run along his skin. The two of them continued walking and Snopy spoke up about her being a bitch towards him. She smiled when he said he realized she wasn't one, and then let out a small chuckle. "You're just adorable, now aren't ya? You're able to tell things so easily... talented." Kanna swung her legs hyperly and giggled, tightening her arms around his neck a bit more. It was then that they stopped and Kanna froze in a kicking position because Snopy said that they had arrived. Kanna's eyes widened in excitement and she wiggled rapidly. "So pretty!! I love it!" she hopped off of his back and began walking up towards his house, taking in the yards appearance. Kanna hadn't even really looked at the house yet, instead walking up the walk and looking only at the yard. As she continued forward, out of the corner of her eyes, she noticed something massive. She turned her head and slowly looked upwards. She bent her head all the way back and stared up at this massive house. "Whoooaaaa...." she said as she continued bending back. Bending back so far caused her to lose her balance and fall backwards onto her butt. "Ow..." she said, rubbing the sore part of it and then looked back up tot he house with wide and excited eyes.

"SNOPY!!" she said in a loud squeak and flailed her arms, "I wanna go in! I wanna go in! I wanna go iiinnnn!! I wanna see the big house! Pleeaaasse!" Kanna hopped right back to her feet and ran back over to Snopy. She ran up behind him and hopped on his back. "Dizzy again!" she said as her head practically collapsed onto his shoulder. "Oi..." she said and whined a bit, placing her forehead on his shoulder, "So stupid..." It was then that Snopy walked down the stone path with Kanna returned to his back. She stayed quiet most of the time and was actually starting to get a small headache and still felt dizzy and off balance. Snopy carried Kanna into the living room and set her down on a couch. Kanna wiggled a bit, snuggling herself deeper into the cushions. "Comfy..." she said as she rolled over on her side and curled her legs up into a fetal position. Kanna glanced around, the first thing she noticed was a massive TV. Snopy mentioned that she could watch it, but he knew that she didn't watch TV that much. "I don't watch TV because I can't afford cable or a decent HD... I'm sorry for being so mean before. I really was a bitch." she said with a pouty face, turning away from him and then beginning to relax. But that soon ended, Kanna suddenly shot up into a sitting position and smiled up at Snopy. "So..." she said with a flirtatious smile, "We're here. At your house. What now?"

Kanna apologized once more before nuzzling back into him. Her lips went along his skin, which almost made him twitch, though he did his best to avoid any body movements. Startling her wouldn't be good, since if her body jerked too much he wouldn't be able to keep her up. All of her advances were very tempting, very very tempting. How often is it that a woman that good looking just throws herself at a person? Thing was, Snopy knew that it was the liquor talking. As much as he hated to admit it, if it wasn't for that, he might not have had the will to resist. As Snopy finished his explanation, he was promptly called adorable and talented. This was a full grown woman, but she was swinging around all hyper and giggling. A smile formed on Snopy's face because to be honest, the whole thing was kinda funny. Finally though, they arrived. Kanna gushed when she saw it, and she went running through the yard (after some wiggling and jumping off of Snopy's back). She obviously took a moment to notice the mansion itself, because when she saw it, she was amazed...and kept bending until she fell flat on her butt. Snopy was not expecting the squeak that was her saying his name, and suddenly she was begging like a little kid at a candy store. "Easy easy, calm yourself. We're going in, don't worry." She then ran back to him and hopped on his back, mentioning being dizzy.

Snopy brought the dizzy girl to the living room and set her down. When the mention of a TV came, Kanna immediately explained why she didn't watch TV, followed up with yet another apology. "Stop apologizing, I understand. I didn't LIKE it, but I am simply trusting you had a reason, otherwise you wouldn't be apologizing so much." Snopy sat down on the couch next to Kanna, but the moment he did, she shot up into a sitting position. She returned to flirt mode really quickly. As soon as she asked what to do now, he spoke. "Easy there. You're drunk Kanna, don't do anything you'll regret once you are in the right of mind." He sat there with her for a minute before the butler finally showed up. "Ah Niles. Kanna, this is Niles, my butler. We have a lot of ingredients in the house, so just about any food you can ask for he can make. If you want, ask for something to eat." Snopy waited for Kanna to give her answer. If she asked for food, Niles would go and make it, leaving the two alone again. If she didn't, he'd simply dismiss Niles and they'd be alone again. "So Kanna, if you don't mind me asking...what were you doing out there? Why did you get completely wasted and then come looking for me? What happened?"

Kanna's sitting up as fast as she did was because of Snopy sitting down next to her. She turned to him, smirked, asked a question that he answered with something she disagreed with. "Oh come on!" she said as she leaned forward. She reached over and grabbed onto his pant leg pulling him towards her as much as she could. She then crawled forward, continuing to craw if he decided to try and move away, until she had moved over him. "There's nothing wrong with two adults having a little fun." she said with a seductive tone as she leaned down into him. She was getting close enough to place a kiss on his lips, which was exactly what she was planning to do until something stopped her. The 'Ah Niles!' that came out of Snopy's mouth is what stopped her. She turned her head to the person that was being talked to with the most intensely angry glares. A fire could likely be seen burning in her eyes while she looked at this 'Niles' person. Snopy introduced the man as his butler and stated that if she wanted anything to eat, she could merely ask. "Hmph... Nice to meet you Niles." was Kanna's reply as she crawled backwards, leaned back, and collapsed back into the other side of the couch. She brought her knees up to her chest and turned away from them both. "A plate of hot curry and rice would be fine, if it doesn't trouble you at all..." she said in a surprisingly polite tone, but did not look at either one of them. Niles left and went to go cook her food, once again leaving them alone, but again Kanna did not move. She continued facing away from Snopy, allowing him to ask the question that came next. She turned her head towards him and stared. "... I don't know anymore." she replied and then once again looked away, "Obviously there was no point, so why did I?"

Kanna obviously didn't want to take no for an answer. She ended up crawling on Snopy, despite attempts to move away. She seductively mentioned that there was nothing wrong with 2 adults having fun. However, when Niles came, he found an excuse to get out of the uncomfortable situation. She crawled off of him and looked very angrily at Niles. Obviously he had killed her moment. With her knees up to her chest, she refused to look at them. She gave an simple order for food and then the 2 were once again alone. Once he asked his question, she just said she didn't know and that there was no point. Snopy turned his head to her and moved over on the couch towards her, placing his hand on her shoulder. "You're not implying...that you looked for me so you could have some "fun" with me?" Snopy thought about it, and it was kind of flattering. He took his hand off her shoulder and placed it back down on his lap. "Trust me, your advances are tempting...but, understand my situation. Whatever happens here, you're drunk. When you sober up, you'll look at this whole thing a lot differently." Snopy scratched the back of his head as he tried to come up with a way to explain it. "Trust me, if you did this sober, I would be very responsive to your advances. You've been very sweet, as well as alluring. I just don't want to do anything with someone who will probably regret it in the morning." He was at a loss, he tried and tried but was unsure if he explained it well. Still, he would have to see Kanna's response before he could tell.

"Yeah sure..." was literally the only response Kanna could even come up with to reply to Snopy at the moment. She felt multiple things at the moment. She felt stupid for advancing on him in the state she was in. She felt rejected because he would not respond in the manner she sort of wanted him to, even though she knew he was the one in the right. She also felt disgusted in herself for even advancing on him in this manner and the reason behind it. She was too shy and embarrassed to explain what had been going through her head. She was calling his name in the city for a few reasons, and yet could not explain them. "Whatever..." she suddenly mumbled and just walked off in a direction that lead deeper into the house, "I'm... just gonna go find the bathroom." She had no idea where the bathroom was, obviously, but she wasn't in the mood to ask anyone for help when it comes to finding it, so she went off on her own. She came to a hallway and just kept looking in each door she came across. "Aye..." she said as she felt a sharp pain coming to her head, "Head ache...." Finally she came to the bathroom and walked inside, locking the door behind her. She sat down and leaned her back against a wall, not even looking around. She brought her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. "What am I even doing..." she said to herself and then leaned her head back. Her vision became blurry and suddenly she felt her stomach turn. "Oh..." she thought and hurried over towards the toilet, lifting the lid, begin vomiting up a lot of the alcohol and anything else that was in her stomach. It didn't happen for very long, maybe two minutes, and she felt better. Shen flushed, stood and walked over to the sink and washed out her mouth and then wiped off her face. After a short wait, she walked back out into the hall. She put her hand on her stomach and sighed, leaning her back against the wall.

Kanna didn't seem to happy no matter what Snopy explained. He wasn't sure what had gone through her head, but it was obvious she did not seem to want to explain them. Suddenly, she just went and mumbled and stumbled deeper and deeper into the house. She didn't even ask where the bathroom was, which made Snopy raise an eyebrow. She was just stumbling through his house doing guesswork. He stood up from the couch and went to follow, scratching the back of his head while he did. I don't even know what to say when it comes to this chick. Rather than follow her directly, he went to the only bathroom nearby. Due to her head start, she was already inside when he got there...and her stomach was already forcing the contents out. He was kinda glad she hadn't eaten yet, since that probably would have made things worse. He waited as there was silence, a squeak of a faucet, running water, another squeak, and finally the door creaked again. Kanna came out, she didn't look the best but she no longer had makeup running down her face. As she leaned against the wall he spoke up. "Feeling better?" He went over and leaned against the wall with Kanna. "Look, I don't know what to say to you anymore, but you seem pretty upset. Is it about my non-responsiveness?" He sighed. "Look, if you want I can give you a hug. But that is the most I can do." Snopy pulled off the wall and turned to Kanna, opening his arms. If she came in he would give her a tight hug to try and make fer feel a little better. If she did not try, he would drop his arms. "Seriously though Kanna, what happened? Why are you doing all of this? Why did you come out looking for me in the first place?"

Kanna hadn't even noticed Snopy's presence until he spoke up. The sudden noised caused her to jump, tensing up a bit. She turned her gaze towards him, her eyes slightly closed, making her look weak and tired. "I'm fine..." she said as he walked over and leaned on the wall near her. He spoke up again and showed even more concern towards her. She stayed silent and he sighed, offering a hug. He even went so far as to step out and open his arms to her. Kanna didn't have the guts to actually step into them though. She turned away and looked off, closing her eyes. "It's the anniversary..." she said in a low whisper, almost sounding as if she were straining to speak to him, "Today marks another year that has gone by... ever since I lost my son." Tears swelled up in her eyes and her legs gave way, causing her to fall to her knees. Kanna merely brought her hands up to her face and cried into them. "... I don't know what I am doing anymore..." she said though her tears. She tried to stop crying, wiping her tears away, and sniffling a bit. "I hunted you down in the city... *sniffle* because you have to be the first man, if not the only one... *sniffle* in a very, very long time, to actually make me feel like I am actually worth something." Kanna leaned far enough forward to place her head on the floor. She then leaned to the side and allowed herself to fall to where her back was facing Snopy. "My husband couldn't even do that..." she said, curling her body into a fetal position. She began trembling a bit, shaking as if she were cold.

Kanna jumped when she noticed Snopy. She didn't look so well, she looked weak and tired. She still claimed to be fine, even after everything. He asked all his questions, and Kanna started. It was the anniversary. She sounded especially weak, as if speaking was a strenuous task. And...Snopy's eyes widened a bit. It apparently was the anniversary of when she lost her son. She collapsed onto her knees and cried, before finally explaining everything. Snopy was even more shocked at this. She looked for him because he somehow made her feel like she was worth something, a feeling she never seemed to have. She leaned forward, and fell to the side into the fetal position. Her husband couldn't even do what Snopy had apparently done. "Oh my god..." Snopy walked over and kneel'd down, placing his hand on Kanna's shoulder. "I had no idea...though that explains why me not responding to you affected you like it did..." Snopy moved his other hand around Kanna's other shoulder. He pulled on her, bringing her up from the floor and up into a sitting position. He moved so she was facing him and then reached out his arms. He wrapped them around her in a comforting way and gave her a firm and hopefully comforting hug. "I'm...so sorry. You know, about you and your son." He moved into a position where the crying woman was looking straight into his eyes. "Don't worry, you aren't worthless. As far as I can tell, you just seem to get stuck with who don't appreciate your value." Snopy was being sincere. This poor woman was worth far more than she was treated by most.

Hearing his 'oh my god' made Kanna unsure of how to react now. Feeling him touch her shoulder, she instantly tensed up. She almost pulled away, but really had to fight the urge. Snopy realized now why she was so upset when he didn't respond the way she thought he would. She was soon pulled to a sitting position and moved to face him. He pulled her into a rather comforting hug, though at first she was attempting to fight him. "Let go..." she mumbled and pushed against him. Then he apologized about her son, making sure to show that the apology was about her son and nothing else. When he did that, she practically fell limp into his arms. She reached up and grabbed onto his shirt, crying into him. Snopy then moved and looked her straight into the eyes, speaking as sincerely as one could at the moment. He told her that she was merely getting stuck with people who did not appreciate her. Her run of luck must have been horrible if practically ever guy she ever thought cared turned out to be a jackass who did the exact opposite. Kanna couldn't help but allow a small smile come to her face. "Thanks... Thank you Sno--..." suddenly something turned in her stomach, just like before. She slapped her hand over her mouth and stood up, running right back into the bathroom and to the toilet to once again vomit up anything that was left in her stomach. After a couple of minutes, she repeated the previous process, except this time took a little better care. She brushed her hair back, straightened out her dress, made sure her face was clean, and rinsed her mouth multiple times. Once she finished, she stepped out to the hallway again to see where/if Snopy was still there. If he was, she would smile to him. "Sorry about that... I think I could use a little bit to eat now..." she would say while putting her hand on her stomach. If he was not, she would retrace her steps and head back to the living room, where they first arrived.
