*ahem* There is absolutely no reason that BOTH reserves shouldn't be approved. It is not reserved or claimed yet. As there is nothing that hinders approval by the rules of the site, it is approved. You can work out the issue with Serenity, but in the process the reserve is hers as she took the time to reserve it.
