Personality: The first thing that anyone ends up knowing about Mitsuko is the fact that she is a well-known photographer. Called a genius in her line of work, Mitsuko actually takes great pride in what she does. She is well known for her landscape and nature photographs, though she has made her living taking portraits of people. Those who get their portrait taken by Mitsuko are usually well-known in their own way. As an example, she was the one who took the first pictures *Lilli when she was a rising star. Mitsuko is very dedicated and serious about her work. Though photography is her job, it is also a hobby of hers. It's practically etched into her very being. She has a lot of fun capturing a moment in time, bringing far away places to those who cannot go themselves, and creating memories with people that wish to remember who and what they once were. These things give Mitsuko  a fulfillment that nothing else that she had tried in her life ever could. It's funny to hear her speak about her work because of how much passion and devotion she puts into it, and when you think of her in this manner she can seem like a beautiful, kind, and good person. That isn't completely true. The thing about Mitsuko is, she's fucking crazy. She's not a violent crazy, but an obsessed crazy.

Lately, her obsession with her work and the people she's taking pictures of has gotten much stronger. After seeing that her life is hollow, Mitsuko's reality became warped, with the intention of finding a man for herself and 'capturing them in a moment of time'. Her intentions really are normal because she just wants to have the love that she sees between the families that she photographs, but she's gotten so desperate that she comes off wrong. She has been called a stalker a few times, since she'll take a picture of a man and then watch him for some time. She's also known to randomly show up in their lives, becoming a bother. If she sees them with another woman, she also has a tendency to become very jealous and this will go on until they set it to her straight. With Mitsuko, the worst thing that you can do is actually lead her on. She will become attached and become angry when she realizes that it is all a lie. You wanna know what happens when she is angry? Well, she drives a very fast car and knows where you are at all times. Let's just try not to walk in the street any time soon!

Character Background: Ever since Mitsuko was a child, she was obsessed with taking pictures of anything and everything she possibly could. She loved the idea of taking a single moment and time and making it last forever, so it's no surprise that as she got older, she studied in photography. Not only that, but after taking a few well-known pictures of people and landscapes, she became a 'genius' in her field. People now consider themselves lucky if they ever got the chance to have their photograph taken by Mitsuko. One of the pictures that got her even more well known was when she photographed the up and coming musical artist *Lilli. Her work, for a long time now, has been admired by millions of people. It is said that no one has the ability to "keep a moment in time" the way that she can. Five years ago, Mitsuko also opened her own business in Tokyo, which ended up expanding through out different shops in Japan. There have even been times that she has been asked to teach someone what she knows, but she answers them all the same way. "Capturing a moment in time cannot be taught, it must be experienced. If you wish to do what I do, take a few risks, travel, see the world with open eyes, and capture it in a frame you want to show the world." She will never take on an apprentice or student.

About a year ago, something happened that changed Mitsuko. She got a request from a wonderful family, but even though her work was as beautiful as it always was, something about the portrait pulled at her heart. That is what she wanted. She wanted to love, to settle down, to have children, to be happy. Why had she never been with anyone? Why was she still alone at twenty seven years old? Soon, she looked through thousands of copies of pictures of families she had taken in the past, but they all gave her the same emptiness. She had concentrated so hard on her career, that even though she had caught these moments in time... Where were hers? She looked around her home and saw nothing, no memories, no moments, no family, nothing. She was alone. She was wealthy, famous, and liked by many, but she had no personal moments for herself or to share with someone special. She became obsessed with the idea of a family and began looking through her pictures. One day, a picture of a woman and her two children began vanishing before her eyes. The entire thing didn't vanish, but the normal picture did. Inside the frame she was able to see those same people, now grown older, walking around their home happily. She was watching this family as if she had a camera in their home.

After this happened with multiple pictures over a few days, she actually placed her hand on one of them and randomly appeared in the hallway of one of their homes. Freaking the hell out, she did her best to sneak out and was luckily successful, though that started something new for her. The next day, Mitsuko grabbed a picture of her sister and saw that she was working in her lab. She did the same thing and appeared in her lab, startling the shit out of her sister. Yuuko of course, was just as into her work as Mitsuko was, so it didn't shock her that her genius sister had built a device to prevent her from taking anymore pictures of her AFTER destroying all of the one's she already had. Rude. But Mitsuko understood. Over time, Mitsuko began understanding more and more about her powers, watching it advance from intruding on people's lives all the way to actually altering small parts of it. Because a lot of her work was also digital, when someone wanted something edited, she realized that she could change the color of someone's hair or eyes just for the fun of it. She also realized she could alter their appearances by making their noses bigger, eyes crooked, or things along those lines. It got to the point where messing with people was just too fun, so she continues doing it until this day.

A Camera: This is not "the" camera. This is any camera. Mitsuko can pick up any random camera, whether disposable, professional, or on a damn cell phone, and turn it into her toy. Her power is to take a picture of anything and be able to manipulate it or even travel to it when she wishes.

• Firstly, if Mitsuko takes a picture of a person or group of people, she can watch them as if it's her own movie or TV show. All she has to do is concentrate on one of the people in the photograph and it happens.
  
• Secondly, Mitsuko can travel to them by placing her hand on the moving picture. The difference is, this can only happen if the person in the original photo is by themselves. She can't travel to a person if there is more than one location attached to the people in the photo. (An example is if she takes a picture of a family and the children are at school and the parents at different places of work. She can't go to all four places.) Another part of this is that she has to get their face. She doesn't need their whole body, but she can't travel to someone's location if the picture doesn't show their face.
  
• Thirdly, since a lot of her stuff is digital, she is able to use the computer to alter appearances, such as the color of someone's eyes or hair. She can also edit out long hair and make it short. She also has the ability to remove and add tattoo's. The moment the picture is printed even once, this ability is gone.
  
• To stop or prevent any of these effects, the pictures must be ripped up. Once a picture is ripped, the effects and powers of it can never be used again, even if re-printed. It's like a one-time only thing.
