You know, people were serious fucking idiots. The sun had barely risen over the tops of the Seireitei's buildings when some fool decided that they were going to make a ruckus over something that he didn't quite understand yet. They were babbling over people and how they were watching over his shoulder or some bullshit, and it made him want to just punch the guy in the face. His hair was sticking up, and one of his eyes was barely opening--and yet his position as a Captain was already being used to its fullest today. He just wanted to tell this guy to fuck off for an hour or so, but that wasn't going to work. Instead, he responded justly and correctly to the man and his problems, not worrying too much about how it was going to affect his day until he really needed to.
Once that bullshit was done and through, Araragi's door essentially slammed and his clothing fell to the ground, letting the cool air of the morning blow over him. He stepped into his own private hot pools and started to warm himself up, closing his eyes and relaxing. Every few moments he felt like he was being watched, but ignored those thoughts and washed himself. The warmth ran through his body and he stood up, the burgeoning light reflecting off of the droplets of water that slid down his body. He ran his fingers through his hair and grinned to himself, feeling calm for the first--and probably only--time that day. "Such is the perk of Captaincy, I suppose." He chuckled softly and looked back at that door with a small and longing gaze. The moment he stepped into that office and put on his Captain's uniform, he would be subject to idiocy. It was to be expected, and he would be expected to keep his façade up.
Twenty minutes later, the Sixth Division Captain stepped out of his office fresh and clean. Time to get dirty.
{Essentially, this can happen anywhere in the Seireitei; so feel free to just have whatever happen and he'll come across it.}
