Hiiro Okibi [AGITO-ONLY] [WIP]

Personality: Hiiro doesn't care about your life story. She doesn't care that you just recently lost your mother. In fact, she'd rather watch you cry yourself to sleep and/or blow your fucking brains out so you'd stop bothering her. She doesn't give two goddamn shits about you. She doesn't like people. Because people are fucking morons. Not that she feels she's better... hell, she'll admit she's done some stupid shit in the past. But for fuck's sake, she's seen some of the stupidest shit come from other people. And that's how she's managed to stay so far away from the jackasses that try to think they're doing things for "justice" and "righteousness." Goddamn does that make her mad. In the same vein, she has always found religion to be something that fucking weak-ass pussies cling to because they're too busy pissing themselves to raise a fucking fist. Justice means nothing except "revenge" to her. If someone wrongs her, there is no "oh, you'll spend x amount of time locked up." Nah, she'll shove a fucking spear down their throat and roast 'em over an open fire. She won't eat 'em, 'cause the meat "tastes like fucking cowardice." And if they're really lucky, they'll be dead before she roasts 'em.

And when Hiiro does give two shits? That's not a good thing. That means you've managed to piss her off... which is, frankly, an easy thing to do. Her temper is like ten thousand suns stored inside of a wooden box. It's gonna break, and when it does... goddamn you better fucking run. Besides talk of "Justice" and "Righteousness," there are a few other things that set her off so damn easily. The first is talk of "peace." Holy shit, peace makes her laugh. She never believes that there'll be "peace" as long as there are two people or one person with split personalities. She's punched and killed many a' hippies in her day. And if she sees a peace sign, it'll be melted or burned down to something unrecognizable. And then she'll give a big "fuck you" to anyone that confronts her on that. Another thing that'll light that fire of anger is, honestly, bullying. She finds them to be pathetic because they're angry that daddy's fist meets with them at night or some other bullshit. And because they don't take out their anger on the aggressor, but some little kid or something, that just pisses her off. If it's a guy, she boils their balls. Literally. She grabs their balls and holds onto them until well... you get the picture. If it's a girl, well, she's generally a little more gentle. She'll generally just burn off every bit of hair they had. But sometimes it can get a little rougher.

The third and last big thing that'll set her off... is technology. She comes from a time where she'd be worshiped (she laughs at that thought) because of her fire, so this whole technology thing is extremely confusing. Coupled with her short temper, she's melted more than few computers. The only things she does like technology-wise are things that make fire. Explosives, flamethrowers, napalms, etc. All of that is like the best fucking porno to her. As in she gets physically aroused by explosions and fire that isn't her own. She both hates and loves storms. Hates them because the rain puts out fires. Loves them because the lightning can start more. Hiiro will take any job that lets her blow up something or set something on fire. She doesn't give two shits why, who, or what she'd be destroying. She just wants to. She says "It's like getting paid to have sex without it being some creepy fucker."


Appearance: Hiiro has red eyes and ankle-length pale violet (almost white) hair. She wears a light brown shirt that appears as if it has been discolored from fire, and dark red overalls that are randomly decorated with paper charms. Her hair is tied with these same red and white paper charms. The paper talismans on her pants and hair ribbons are wards to protect her from being burned by fire. Her shirt, which lacks such talismans, has been burnt repeatedly, while the ribbons and pants show no such wear.

Mystic Eyes: Something that only those that have achieved Kyuu Kyou can have. Mystic Eyes are something special about the user's eyes. They are usable in any form, but the realization of 100% of the user's power allowed for the user to gain a special ability that involves the eyes. See here for a temporary Mystic Eyes list.

Techinques: This is where you post what your guardian beast allows you to do, whether it be elemental or spiritual. Each guardian beast holds a power over a certain element or something you can control.

Magic: The Sugiura's have a list of their own Magic they use as well as Shinigami Kidō, you can have up to a bit of Kidō but not every single part of it, also mix it between the magic and Kidō. They cannot be a Kidō master, but can be quite talented at it. however a sugiura could be a master at their magic spells of course. depending on the the type that is.
Body of Heat: Hiiro's body is kept hotter than any human can really stand. In fact, her body is kept at a constant 246°C (that's 474.8°F). Which is pretty damn hot. However, she can be called a bit cold-blooded as her skin is kept at a balance of the outside and inside temperatures. This might make her a bit warm to touch, but it only applies to her skin (if you stick something inside her—say, a spear—she is not cooled like that). Her body can cool down to a normal human's temperature, but she gets cold quickly that way. Not to mention it's not as funny.

Flying Phoenix

Appearance: To put this ability in terms your tiny brains can understand, this ability gives Hiiro a pair of wings. But no, not just any wings—wings made of fucking fire. And how big are these goddamn wings? Well, big enough that she'd be classified as a small airplane on a radar. If radars picked up fire. Which they don't. If you thought they did, then get a fucking brain. The actual length varies, but they're big enough to be seen from a distance and still be able to make out it's a pair of wings.

Abilities:
Heat Wave: With the wings, of course she can fucking fly. And where she flies sees a 50°F (10°C) increase in temperature within a 1 kilometer radius of her. While this isn't that deadly in normal or cold temperatures, this gets problematic in areas that are normally really, really hot. If she flies over a desert, there's a high chance that some animals and people will die from the heat.

Fireballs: The only ability constant throughout all of her forms, this pretty much just allows Hiiro to create the oh-so original basketball-sized blasts of fire. They can't kill immediately on their own, but get pelted by enough and it's third degree burns everywhere.

Miniature Sun: This is almost a misnomer. But it's also not. Because it's a 1-meter-wide sphere of lava. The thing is a hell of a lot slower than her fireballs, but the trade off is that it has splash damage. Not in the sense that it's an area attack. No, it literally splashes. You destroy the ball midair? Better hope you got it all in one go, because the lava will still splash around. It probably won't hit the intended target, but it does make a lot more dangerous obstacles. She can only use it thrice per thread with a three-post recharge period.
