Too Mature
Despite his appearances, Jesse is extremely, extremely mature. Or at least, he acts like he is. He has always had to be mature, never having a choice himself in the matter. As such, most of the time he acts like he is an adult. However, one would be able to say that he is almost too mature. He simply doesn't act like a child any longer, by having fun or by doing childish things; he no longer feels the need or desire to perform these actions any longer.

Unforgiving
The most shaping part of Jesse's life has been a hatred towards those who are disloyal and do not tell the truth or keep their promises. He is rather unforgiving about this, unless a person becomes a very close friend to him, as in very, very close. Otherwise, if a person acts this way around him, he will refuse to associate with them, and may very well just outright attack them.

Chivalrous
Jesse has never had any father figure that he cares for. In fact, he pretty much despises father figures in general, from his past. He also is deeply chivalrous; and will not stand for ANY mistreatment of women near him, or really any oppression upon those who are weaker then their oppressor. He feels like it is his responsibility to help these people, based on what happened in his past. He also has a soft spot for little old ladies, and is that kid you see helping them cross the street even though he doesn't have to go to the other side himself.

Moderate Tempered
While he does have rage buttons that can be oft found in society, other then that he really has a rather moderate temperament. He's not easily enraged by most things, nor does he resent things that are done to himself. In fact, he does have some damage related towards how he feels about himself; and when he is hurt he actually relishes the sensation, all because of his past. This was caused by the point in his life where the only person he truly cared about suffered immensely because fo the fact that he was supposed to have been hurt but never felt anything for the pain they went through a result of it.

Electrical Genius
Jesse's intelligence is also highly considerable. His brain allows him to process information at an insane rate, as well as understand what things mean in a realm, meaning he can run several scenarios in his head simultaneously without error, adding in as many variables as he needs to. This is extremely helpful for his affinity with electricity, which he uses to make electrical currents near himself do whatever he desires just by working on them for a short time.

Expressions
Finally are his expressions. Jesse has very dynamic expressions, and while most of the time he keeps a passive face, when his expression does change the change is very visible, from the look in his eyes to the contours of his face to the lines of his mouth. This is because he thinks out everything about his physical appearance before revealing it, as he is not a very trusting individual and prefers to keep most around him at arms length and away from information.

Electrical Generation and Manipulation
His most powerful supernatural skill, Jesse's body is capable of generating massive amounts of electrical force. This was exemplified by the amount triggered by the direct current he had formed within his home, destroying it completely from his level of power. However, what truly makes his energy special is his sheer manipulation of it. He can form it into any shape, any size. He can have it contact skin with so very little wattage that it cannot even be felt. He can focus the energy so completely hat it can burn out a person's nerves if they are nto careful, but leave no visible damage on the skin itself.

Immense Sensory
Jesse has the abiliy to be able to "smell" things on people. Whether it is an actual scentor not is irrelevant, as he is actually capable of smelling the "past". He cans mell the past of people, discerning strong scents and scents that he is looking for only. Small scents or actions that he is unaware of will go undetected, but other then that his body is able to feel on the other person's reiatsu signature what they have done in their past, up to three to four weeks in the past. However, this also has a knockback; if a person has an absoutely extremely strong scent, it's possible for his entire sense of the past to become clogged, making it impossible for him to tell anything else about that person when he is near them. In addition, he is extremely observant, nearly supernaturally so.

Lightning Lance
This is the one and only "attack" that he has formulated and produced. Basically, this is a massive shot of electricity, moving with such force ad mass that it ca mve through ground, stone and rock without stopping from its sheer piercing force, before hitting its target. In addition, Jesse still has that finite control over the attack, meaning that he can direct it extremely well or lack of doing it thereof if he so chooses.

Character Background: ….Mommy…? Where's my mommy…!

Jesse was born to what seemed to be the happy couple of Logan and Kanna Drakeford. As a baby, Jesse immediately developed a strong bond with his mother, unlike his Father. He and his Father, Logan Drakeford, never seemed to get along, even though he was just a baby. As he began to develop, Jesse's senses allowed him to pick up the scent of multiple women on his Father's body and automatically brought on a dislike of the man. Because of this, Jesse would fuss and cry any time that Logan came near and always preferred the company of the mother he loved so much. As time went on, Jesses life seemed to be normal, but something within his mother was changing. She seemed to become a different person. Her smiles seemed forced, her laughs fake, and she rarely left the house unless it was for grocery shopping. She was beaten and battered, tired and weak. Jesse did not know exactly what was going on, but something in the back of his mind was telling him that it was bad. There were times he thought that his Mother was really sick and might die. The thought of loosing her was horrible. He didn't want to even consider a life without his mother, but one day that changed. He woke up and his mother was gone and he was being told another woman who wreeked of other men was going to replace her and even give her a brother. Jesse was furious, but there was not much he was able to do. Apparently he was about to be forced to live life with this unfamiliar woman and her son. This fact made him snap, causing a strange energy within him to reveal itself as he walked up to this woman and tell her how disgusting she was for getting with a married man and allowing him to impregnate her and then kick out his own wife and the mother of his first child. His blunt speech shocked the woman, but she retaliated with a quick smack to Jesse's face. Never before had Jesse been struck by either his Father or his Mother, so this action shocked him. Anger filled him and that moment changed his behavior. His stare became uncaring, cold, yet extremely intense and threatening at the same time. This stare was enough to frighten this woman who dared raise her hand to him.

That same night, something happened that angered Jesse even more. His Father came into his room while he slept and repeatedly began to hit him, telling him that he better not ever speak to his new 'step-mother' in the manner he did and to deal with his new brother. In this situation, normally a child would cry and wonder why it was happening. That was not the case. Jesse did not cry or yell. Instead, he turned an intense stoic gaze towards his Father. A feeling of fear hit his Father and immediately the beating stopped. Jesse's gaze stayed hard and uncaring. His Father took a step back, shocked that this kid had the 'nerve' to resist him in this manner. Jesse turned away from his abusive Father and went back to sleep. His Father did nothing more and left the room, wondering how Jesse could not cry during that. Kanna always did. Kanna feared him. Why didn't Jesse? From that day, Jesse's behavior and way of thinking changed dramatically. He began avoiding his Father at all costs and became strangely interested in electricity. He began fiddling with it, dismantling eletrical wired within his own home merely to learn their workings and putting them back together. He did this alone, avoiding his 'Brother', 'Mother', and Father. When people attempted to interrupt him, his threatening gaze and uncaring behavior would frighten them enough just to say "Let's leave him alone.". Of course, after a while it became hard for his "Mother" to handle the stress. At times, she would have nightmares about what Jesse might do to him and her son while they slept. To her, it was like he was always planning something and she feared when he would initiate these plans of his. Through his studies of electrical wires, he found he was able to shock himself and it didn't hurt. In fact, every time it happened, he felt as if something was building within him. It wasn't a bad feeling at all. He too began to study this feeling and found out that he could maniuplate the electricity in different ways. He began practicing what little techniques that he could while under the watch of his Father. Unfortunately, his younger "brother" found out about his new little ability.

Upon realization of Jesse's powers, Logan and his "wife" decided it was about time to get rid of him before he did the same to them. Logan was slightly reluctant to just get rid of his first born son on the words of this woman when Jesse had not really tried anything, so he told her no. One day, while Logan was at work, she took her own initiative and tied Jesse up. She threw him violently into the back of her car and drove off somewhere. Where? He did not know. After a short drive, she pulled into a back alley and dragged him out of the car and tossed him at the wall of the alley. Jesse just began to laugh at her actions. She told him to never come back or she'd kill him. The moment she threatened him, Jesse stopped laughing and stared at her with an extremely threatening expression. "I'm going to do to you what Dad did to Mom." he told her. She was unsure what that meant and left him there tied up. He laid there tied up, waiting for some way to get out of the ropes he was tied in. After a while of waiting, it began to rain and that gave him an idea. He shot out a small concentrated bolt of electricity from his hands and burnt the ropes off quite easily. From there, he stood up and turned his way towards home. He wasn't as stupid as that woman seemed to think he was. He knew how to get home. After a couple of hours of walking and night finally falling, he made it home. He walked into his house and up to his currently sleeping parents rooms. It was passed midnight, so their sleeping wasn't shocking to him. Jesse did not go to his own room this time though. He walked up to the side of the bed his step-mother slept and just stared at her. She must have sensed he was there because she opened her eyes after about ten seconds. The moment she did, she went to scream, but he slapped a hand over her mouth. He put a hand on her stomach and sent a large amount of electricity into her. She screamed, waking up his Father. Logan yelled at Jesse and Jesse stopped after the womans skin had been burned. "Next time she tries to get rid of me, she'll get a hell of a lot worse." Logan rushed her to the hospital and left Jesse there with the woman's son. The boy was scared and Jesse just stood in the doorway to the boys room, staring at him in that same threatening way. The boy kept crying, screaming for his Mom, wanting help, but none came. Jesse smiled at this.

After hours of mentally torturing this kid without having to lift a finger, his Father finally came home with his injured step-mother and laid her on the couch. Jesse took one last look at the boy and walked to his own room. His Father soon joined him in a fit of rage. Jesse was sitting on his bed. The next thing that Jesse knew, he was grabbed by the shirt and tossed against the wall. His Father asked, no... His Father yelled at him, asking him how he could do such a thing to his step-mother. Jesse merely replied, "Isn't that the type of thing you always did to Mom?" Logan shut his mouth right then. His son had learned of what he was doing to Kanna. "You always made Mom cry. You always hurt her. All she did was love you, take care of both of us, and try to make both of us happy. You were always out with random women, acting like Mom didn't exist. Then when she made you mad, you hurt her. If you can do it... why can't I? She made me mad. She tied me up and tried to get rid of me. I hurt her for it. Just... like... you..." At that moment, Logan's anger merely increased and he immediately went towards Kanna. He treated it as if it was her fault that his own son would turn against him in this manner. He blamed her for 'brainwashing' him and turning him into the enemy. "Your mother told you this bullshit, didn't she? That lying little..." Logan turned and left, locking Jesse in his room. Jesse could not tell how long it had been, but after hours and hours, his Father returned and unlocked Jesse's door. He told him that he better behave and then Logan walked to his own room, where his "wife" now was. Jesse went towards the door and leaned in to listen. "Stupid little bitch wasn't home. Apparently she stayed out all fucking night. I was there until eight in the morning and she still didn't come home. No matter. I'll get Kanna when she gets home either today or tomorrow. How dare that bitch turn my son against me..." It was at that moment that Jesse realized that his mother did not just disappear. She was out there somewhere and he wanted to find her...
