Personality: Overall, Riddhe is a loyal, well-spoken, and fearless soldier. Despite this, his lavish and isolated upbringings have sheltered Riddhe's views on the world. Though he is the heir to the Marcenas family, he enlisted in Alpha Protocol to escape his family that he is uncomfortable talking about. This is because he knows that they wouldn't let him take place in any full-on combat if he were in the normal military. Thus, Alpha Protocol was his only option. He holds his commanding officers in high regard. He knows how his family has stayed influential over the years since the Laplace Incident.

Riddhe is also a believer in luck. For that reason, whenever he goes into combat, he wears a bracelet with a miniature biplane attached, which he calls his good luck charm. Riddhe will follow orders from HQ to a near-T in combat, as he is the leader of Romeo Squadron despite his callsign being Romeo Eight. He expects no special treatment for being part of the Marcenas family, to which the captain of the Nahel Argama replied "The only person giving you special treatment here is yourself. You're a pilot, and as such, I'll use you as such." Riddhe isn't one to believe that many people can change on the turn of a dime. He isn't willing to die for a possibility because of that. In fact, he believes in believes that there is a lot of possibility in humanity, even if he isn't willing to die for it. He also has a habit of disobeying orders to save civilians.

Riddhe's face is still marked by youth and despite his age fo 23, he's often mistaken for someone five years younger. Riddhe keeps the top of his uniform unbuttoned to allow for his neck to "breathe."

Optional Fixed Armaments:
Shield: A basic optional arm-mounted defense armament. The shield is a thick sheet of armor designed to take severe punishment that would normally destroy the Jegan. Since the introduction of beam weaponry, shields have been treated with an anti-beam coating allowing it to withstand several beam shots before the coating wears off. Typically physical shields can only take so much damage before they succumb to the pressure and break. A shield can be equipped to either arm of the Jegan in order to increase defense against both beam and physical attacks.

2-Tube Small Missile Launcher: The Jegan's shield also possesses minor offensive capabilities as it is built with two 2-tube small missile launchers. These small missiles are not very effective against large ships, but are ideal mid-range anti-tank weapons.

Hand-held Armaments:
Bazooka: In place of a beam rifle, the Jegan can be outfitted with a bazooka. As with its human-sized counterpart the bazooka fires explosive physical rounds at a high velocity that do significant damage on impact. Although it does not have the same penetrative power as a beam rifle, the bazooka does more extensive damage and is easily capable of destroying a mobile suit in one shot or break through the armor of a battleship.

Beam Rifle: The particle beam fired from a beam rifle can penetrate almost any physical armor that has not been treated with specific counter-measures. The beam rifle carried by the Jegan is a rapid fire, short range type. Sensors built into the rifle provide interface between the weapon and the Jegan's camera sensor. Like most beam weapons of the period, it is powered by a replaceable energy cap. If the beam rifle runs out of energy, the current energy cap can be replaced by a new one.

Early Warning And Control (EWAC): The EWAC is a set of equipment that is attached to the mobile suit and is designed to detect enemy machines and gather intelligence on them. Its backpack contains data processing and communications systems. The information it gathers can be relayed in real time via radio and laser signals, or recorded and stored in its backpack for later recovery.

Past & Roleplay Sample

Character Background: Riddhe was born to the Marcenas Family, whose past two heads were the Commanding General of the United Nations and Earth Sphere Federation respectively. Riddhe's older brother, Patrick, was the up-and-coming heir to the Marcenas name. Ronan, their father, was the current Commanding-General of the Earth Sphere Federation. Ronan was talking with a inside informant with the Earth News Network (ENN) when Patrick was brought up. Apparently, Patrick was going to publicly repudiate his family and bring out the truth. Ronan took out a hit on his own son using a shell company's head's name as his own. The hit squad destroyed the reactor on board the shuttle Patrick was on, killing everyone on board.
Riddhe was then made the heir to the Marcenas family. Riddhe was not told the circumstances around his brother's death until he was 18. However, his father obviously left the part about his own involvement. Riddhe then decided to distance himself from the family, as he had suspicions that his family had something to do with his brother's murder. Riddhe decided the best way to escape his family would be to join the military, and so he joined the Earth Federal Forces, whose main job is to protect the countries from non-affiliated attacks.
During his training, his trainer--Norm Bassilicock--was shot down by a group of terrorists using anti-air missiles. The terrorists' platform was destroyed by the then-flight leader. Riddhe saw the attack as an attempt on his life by his family and transferred to Alpha Protocol. He rose through the ranks, gaining a Kazuuchi from his father's connections.
