Personality: This blue eyed, red haired cutie is as fun as they come! She has this strong need to make sure that she is having as much fun as possible and has a natural ability to make people want that to. She's a ball of energy, but she knows how to control it to a point. She gets bored very easily and gets anxious when that happens. She can often be seen tapping her fingers on something, shaking her legs up and down while sitting, pacing back and forth if standing, or shifting positions a lot when she is bored. For her, boredom comes fast. One minutes she'll be entertained and happy, but the next she'll be bored and seemingly uncaring. It's easy for things to keep her interest, they just have to be consistent and keep her mind going. Now, Kira is also a very kind girl with a gentle nature about her. She has this 'sixth sense' when it comes to realizing and sensing the moods and mindsets of others. She reads people really well and is a very good judge of character. There have been times that she has told someone something about themselves that they didn't even know, and there have been other times that she has said something about a situation that another hasn't ever dared to speak of. Some have said that she can read into people's past and futures, but it's not like she has visions or anything like that. She can merely sense it about them. And yes, for some it can be creepy as hell. She would be lying if she said she didn't enjoy that at times... It's humorous for her.

Now, there are some minor details about Kira that people can figure out over time. Besides the annoying ability to get bored extremely quickly, Kira is an extremely skilled writer. In fact, she was able to publish her first and currently only fantasy novel at the age of fifteen. The fantasy novel is called "Legend Of The Blue Fire Crystal". She is quite proud of her word as a writer, but has not been able to come up with another idea that can keep the words flowing. Kira is a hard worker and had worked at a pizza shop for two years, but quit to attend Hephaestus Academy. Kira is very athletic and enjoys sports. She'e quite the talented basketball player and was even on her High School team before she transferred to Hephaestus. Kira is used to being quite popular, but doesn't use it to her advantage like some people do. A lot of people know her, like her, and some look up to her because of how dedicated she gets to what she does. That is another good trait about Kira. Once she has decided she is going to do something, she does it. She doesn't give up easily and will push herself to the limit to make sure it gets done.

Background: Kira was born in Tokyo Japan to a middle class family. She grew up rather normally, without any incident, injury, or illness. When she turned thirteen, her Mother and Father decided to have a second child and were hoping for a son. Her Mother became ill and weak, so when the baby was to be delivered, she died. As if that wasn't heartbreaking enough, the baby that was supposed to be born had apparently passed away as well. Kira and her Father were now left alone, one of the most important people in their lives having passed on. For a year or so, Kira watched her Father work his life away. Even with how hard he was working, he was soon laid off. Because of that, the two of them lost their home and were kicked out onto the street. After about three months, her Father was able to find another job and they were brought out of poverty again. Once she turned sixteen, Kira decided that she was going to work just as hard as her Father and got a job at a local pizza place. Because of the extra money, the two of them were more than comfortable and life seemed to be settling down for them. Six months after her hiring date, Kira was out on delivery. She was walking up towards a house with a pizza in hand, but an uprooted piece of concrete challenged the tip of her shoe. She fell forward, losing this battle of rubber to stone, and began falling forward. Out of no where, something happened to her. Her panic triggered something within and instead of hitting concrete face first, she suddenly 'rewound' and was standing like normal again. She looked around and at herself for a brief moment, confused at what just happened, but blew it off.

A week later, a similar event with spilled soda and a slippery floor took place. This time, it was a happy little girl that was running past her as she was on break and eating lunch. The child slipped and landed rather softly on her butt, but she dropped the pizza and began crying. Kira moved to help her, but felt really bad for the child. As she reached out for the pizza to help pick it up, the box and pizza began rewinding again and ended up back in the child's hand a moment later, as if nothing ever happened. It shocked everyone within the room and the Father asked for a new pizza, but Kira was actually quite interested in this new little ability of hers. Over time, she began concentrating on advancing her abilities and started doing really well. She began learning new techniques in how to use them and even ending up bringing in an extra item after wishing she had more to practice with. This was when Kira began understanding the roots of her power and began becoming quite skilled. One day, she proved her skill when these jerks on the soccer team began making fun of another girl who was more of a book worm than athletic. She kicked the ball towards them and began manipulating their times to strike all four of the jerks by seemingly ricocheting back and forth between them. Having proven her point against these bastards and herself, she decided it was time to learn a bit more. She had become aware of a school in China and asked her Father if she could go. After some convincing by showing him her power, she was allowed to go and is starting her first year at Hephaestus.


Natural Abilities:

Time Sensory: This is why Kira is able to sense what is wrong with someone and when things happen. Because of her connection with time, when she is around someone, she can sense or 'see' certain times within them. It's a very odd ability to explain, but to make an example of something... Let's say a Mother and Daughter got into a massive argument and it's bugging the daughter because the daughter said things she regrets. Since her mind is always on that 'time', Kira can sort of sense it. At the same time, once she is able to sense this moment in time, she can use her abilities to take her own mind/vision back to that time to see what happened. If she gets hold of enough of the situation, she can then take her own mind/vision forward to see if the situation will be resolved correctly. Now, this only happens if the person is constantly thinking back to a certain moment in time, so it's not like it happens constantly. Kira also needs to be within ten feet of them for this to work. If they walk away, the connection to their time is broken and she can't do it. If the connection is broken while she is back or forward in time, Kira will fall into a coma and her body will be frozen in time until the same amount of time has passed. In other words, if her mind had traveled a year into the future, it will take a year for her to come out of the coma.

Abilities: Kira's abilities are based off of time manipulation and the idea of a multiverse.

With Kira's time manipulation, she has the ability to throw an object into it's future, past, or freeze it. She does this by accelerating, reversing, or stopping time around an object. When she does this, she can manipulate the direction in which it flies and the speed at which it moves. To explain through example; let's take a normal tennis ball. This tennis ball has been hit by a professional player, over the net, and to the other side. Now, Kira can take that moment in time, where the ball was flying over the net, and freeze it. Now, the time is only frozen around the ball, nothing more, nothing less. The ball can even be touched, grabbed, or thrown again, but time around the exact ball is completely frozen. Kira can then take this ball that is frozen in time and take it into battle. She'll hold the ball out in front of her and suddenly un-freeze time around it. The ball will suddenly shoot off as if it was just hit by that professional tennis player. Now, while it is shooting off like that, Kira can speed up, slow down, or reverse time around it. If time is sped up, it's speed will increase the amount to the time sped up. (Originally moving 30 miles per hour, time sped up 3 times, it now moves 90 miles per hour.) Same goes for slowing the time down. Now, reversing time is when the fun stuff starts. This ball is originally going straight, but reversing time on it can cause it to change direction, making it go backwards. (It would have gone right back over the net towards the tennis player who originally hit it.)

Moving onto the second part of Kira's power; Multiverse manipulation. To give a basic rundown about the theory on the multiverse for those who may not know... It is the theory that there are an unlimited amount of timelines all side by side, but in each timeline there are different realities that can be off by the tiniest of circumstance. (At least that is how I have come to understand it, and that is what I am basing this ability on.) For Kira, she has the ability to reach out into these alternate timelines, take a single object (such as that tennis ball), and bring it into her own timeline. This allows her to create multiple of the same item, all of which can be under her control since they are essentially the same item. Once these items are brought in, she can control them with her time manipulation.

Note: The smaller the item, the more she can manipulate it. She has the ability to do these things to very large items, such as family homes or anything within that size range.
