WIP: Barry Allen - The Flash

Natural Abilities: Heightened Regeneration: Thanks to the internal speed of his body being increased, Barry heals at an astonishingly fast rate. When concentrating on it, he can mend broken bones in a few minutes, stop bleeding, and return his body into fighting shape. He can not recover from any wounds that his body would not normally be able to heal with time.

Super-Fast Metabolism: He burns calories at around twenty times the ratio of a normal human, forcing Barry to eat a lot and often, so he nearly always has a snack with him. The constant energy flow in his body keeps him in amazing shape that would put most athlethes to shame, without requiring special training to do so. On the flipside, Barry has to slow down his regeneration and even supernatural power whenever he can't eat enough to conserve energy, or he might accidentally starve himself.

Appearance change: No change occurs, the costume is man-made to resist friction to a high degree.
Abilities: Barry is able to tap into a great natural force that exists alongside our known laws of physics, an invisible connection of all forces of motion in the universe. This invisible force of nature is called the Speed Force, and it helps Barry by letting him use the Qi it inhibits to break the laws of known physics in multiple ways, by channeling it through his body and turning himself into the 'fastest man alive' - the Flash.
The one power that is constantly in him, but can be conciously surpressed, is the power to move at ultrasonic speeds, turning the Flash into a speedster extraordinaire. He moves fast enough to easily avoid bullets, run on water, up walls or on ceilings, since his senses are also heightened and accelerated. While not reaching true lightspeed, he gets darn close to it when he REALLY focuses on going at maximum speed. Dashing across the globe once isn't really much of a chore to him, for example.
And that, as they say, is that - it's all of what the Speed Force can give you as a power, and all that Barry has. His true strength comes from different appliances of this power. While it is certainly effective to punch someone with the speed of multiple high-end fighter jets right in the jaw, it is also a rather crude method of using it. Barry can utilize more controlled appliances - the most well known is spinning a certain part of his body around fast, like his hands or feet, to create whirlwinds strong enough to uproot trees or even greatly damage buildings with the force released.
What's more, speed causes friction and vibration. This usually weakens solid structures, allowing Barry to more easily deflect weapons and possibly even break them, and he can even liquify most solid materials maybe used to bind him, or cause them to burst into flames.
The last, most difficult and dangerous application that Barry can use at the moment is something he has dubbed the 'impulse friction'. By vibrating his molecules at incredibly high speed, he uses the Speed Force to 'split' apart and slide through a solid object, manifesting after passing through, without either him or the object taking any damage. This potentially works on solidified binding magic as well, but is much harder to execute. When done incorrectly, Barry risks blowing himself into chunky, gory bits.

One more application exists, but it resides behind a line that Barry is not willing to cross at this point. By fully giving up himself to the Speed Force, he can become one with it, and outrun even time itself, going back to the past and changing things to his liking. However, doing so can and will have unforseeable consequences, as such a crude method of affecting the timestream will cause ripples and cracks in time, potentially dealing more damage to the world than what was fixed by changing time in the first place! (Altering the Timestream will require Admin or Advisor approval.)
