Personality: Minoru is someone who, on the surface, seems to be all about himself. His motto is "This just about myself." He does what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. The bastard can be seen as both an arrogant, narcissistic asshole while also being nothing more than a self-centered brat. If Minoru wants to take something, he'll find a way to take it. If it calls for him blowing the face off of a man's daughter with a shotgun; he'll do it. If he has to snort cocaine or inject heroin; he'll do it. If he has to bring in a criminal mastermind; he'll do it. Minoru has no moral compass. His compass is himself. His compass is what he wants and how easy it'll be to get it. Taking the crime boss example, if he determines it'll be easier for him to get the same thing by killing the guy; he'll do that instead. Though what beats ease is speed. If he can take the crime boss down quicker—though it would be harder—then damn right he'll do that. Minoru has no problems breaking any law. He has no respect for anyone—or anything—other than himself and what (or who) he wants. Whenever Minoru speaks, he always puts an emphasis on the parts about himself. He rarely emphasizes anything else—especially when he is being sarcastic. But why focus on that? It is because his name is a paradox. It is a self-cancelling oxymoron. His name is, when literally translated, Truth Untruth. He is neither a lie, nor is he reality. He has neither his father nor mother's name; he is someone unwanted by those who created him. He was always been unwanted, but has never once wanted to be wanted. He doesn't want someone to wake up beside him every morning, nor does he want to be alone when he falls asleep. He does not care for people, yet he is someone who can understand the pysche of someone rather well. Minoru has nothing but wants and fears; though his fears come from him being unable to do the things he wants to do (i.e. venomous insects and animals for their toxins, falling, drowning, etc.).

Natural Abilities

Magic: The Sugiura have a list of their own Magic they use as well as Shinigami Kidō, you can have up to a bit of Kidō but not every single part of it, also mix it between the magic and Kidō. They cannot be a Kidō master, but can be quite talented at it. However, a Sugiura could be a master at their magic spells of course.

Techniques: Tsurugi and their pilots can have specialized techniques. These can be anything from specialized sword strikes to a full-on barrage of artillery and everything in between.
