Personality: When it comes to Minato, He is a man that is usually seen calm, cool, and collected. No matter what type of situation is in front of him, He will never show his emotions on the forefront for the enemy to see. However, Saying this, This man is incredibly open to the people he trusts, which could ultimately lead to his downfall.; Alas, Minato was never the type of person to misplace his trust in someone. He has very good perception of the general language of the body. Just by how the person carries themselves, Minato can usually denote how the person thinks. It's a little bit weird, considering how most people have trouble with trying to see if the average person was lying- But, Minato was no average person. This young man enjoys the little things; Walking in a coveted forest, reading a good smut book, or just practicing his own skills to become even greater in strength to protect his loved ones, Or even the people he just met and are worthy of their lives. Even though He is an incorrigible person when it comes to people he loves, Minato will only save the lives of people he thinks have potential- As horrible as that sounds. He believes that the world is full of futile people that only use it as their own farming grounds- So-to-speak. Thus, This human will only place himself in danger of people he believes have the power to change something in some aspect of the world. Even though that sounds completely morbid, he believes its for the better good, Only allowing those with the capacity to defend themselves live if they are able.

His mannerism however is all but friendly at first contact, He is usually seen with a slight half smirk whenever he is around people he likes. Minato is also known for his unbeatable determination and unbelievable drive, Being able to fight to the absolute brink of his abilities when it comes to a life or death situation. When it comes to dealing with people who are infatuated with himself, Minato his very shy when it comes to women. Even though he might be handsome to most women, He had a hard time talking to them without making a total ass out of himself; Doesn't matter if it's something he said, did, or even gestured at, The man is slightly socially awkward when it comes to the female side of the human race. It may not be that he's awkward with the the "species" itself, He actaually suffers from a symptom called "Gynophobia"- The abnormal fear of women. At any given moment when a female has gotten too close to the male, It will drive him to the point that he will almost reflexively jump, freeze, or run away in terror due to the pure suffering it puts him through.

General Appearance

Appearance: Minato was a fairly tall, fair-skinned man. He has bright blue-eyes and spiky blond hair. Minato had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. Minato was considered to be very handsome. His normal attire consisted of a a battle uniform with two bands each on both of his sleeves, a flak jacket and a forehead protector and sandals. After becoming known as a "Hokage", he started wearing a short-sleeved long white coat over his normal attire, decorated by flames-like motifs on the edges, with the kanji for "Fourth Hokage" (四代目火影, Yondaime Hokage) written vertically down the back, and closed on the front by a thin orange rope. The title of "Fourth Hokage" was passed down from his clan to him as he was the forth in line.
