A Imperfect World/ Etsuo knows that there can never be a perfect world because it adapts way too much to make it one step ahead of the perfecter group. But perhaps if they could stop this adaption they could corner the world and trap it within perfection. This couldn't happen yet though, at least no for long in his mind. Those that wish to rid the world of something or change it he sees as people that can easily become good friends with him. Those that cannot accept the world as it is but don't wish to change it he sees as enemies that will soon be in his path.

Realization/ Etsuo can easily see through things tried to be pulled over him and common tricks don't often work on him, he easily figured out that many holiday figures aren't really and it isn't very realistic even for them to be believed. When coming to a conclusion he can quick draw to it with little surprise sometimes.

Insomnia/ Etsuo has the severe condition, Insomia that forces him to go without sleep, although he has had medicine to help him fall to sleep better, his true cure has been his own abilities. Although this does help his slumber doesn't last too long with his abilities and only further exhaust him eventually. He can usually be found very tired and exhausted on occasions from not sleeping for so long, he has found some benefits to his condition though they are very minor ones.

Likes/ He has found that he likes the night and the many things that exist in it, from the lost of sleep he has often explored the night environment. Finding things like fireflies that flash in the air and the stars in the sky that fascinate him. His favorite color is obvious the darkest color around, which happens to be black in the night. He likes people that are openly expressing themselves and can get along better with those kind of people easier. Etsuo also likes different types of pasta for his favorite kind of food, next to it though is seafood and sushi.

Dislikes/ He dislikes very bright lights like those when you walk past a house or in a sports stadium at night and actually would rather not go to many indoor places in the night spending his time outside. He doesn't like the color white, opposite to black and represent light. Etsuo doesn't like people that are very silent not stating anything about themselves and being completely anti-social,that should be the kind of person he should be with his Insomnia exhausting him usually.

Hates/ He has a extreme hate for those that want a stable system and nothing to go wrong because it all eventually goes to chaos anyway. The perfect world hasn't be reached yet and he absolutely hates those that claim that the world is already perfect enough because everyone and everything can aim for higher perfection. He hates foods that are bitter with no extra spice or sauce added to it and will usually decline that kind of food.

Loves/ Etsuo loves to train his abilities especially against another person to see their full effects on someone else and show them what he is capable of. He loves also to sleep and enter some state of unconscious state, in battle he won't give up usually until it's a KO because he wants to experience true slumber rather than at the hands of his abilities or medicine. He also loves to take things sort of slow not trying to rush or speed too many things up unless needed or is uncomfortable with the situation at hand.

Desires/ As for dreams and desires, he wishes to create a eventually perfect world because he experiences on nearly every night in his slumber, within his dreams and abilities. He also wants other people to experience a perfect world as well but sadly he cannot experience their kind of perfect world so he can only assume of what they wish for it to be. Etsuo wants to find many others that want to join him in his dream to make a perfect world one way or another, creating a new system of life. The Earth is on the right path it just needs a faster push than what it is getting at the moment.

Martial Arts Kicks, Punches, and Blocks:

Front Snap Kick/ A basic kick in which the user raises his leg up and snaps their lower leg forward with force to deal a kicking blow. Adding a jump or sliding motion with the still standing leg can add distance to how far this attack can go.

Side Kick/ Kick often used to kick the opponent as they come in for a strike and making them think again and often get pushed back or fall back to the ground. A slide of the back leg in the kick can definitely add distance to this kick's effective range and power.

Crescent & Reverse Crescent Kick/ A circling kick that can go clockwise or counter clockwise to usually block other kicks and some lower strikes than the head and neck range.

Hook Kick/ Kick in which the user spins and brings there leg high up to hit the opponent's head and then curve to bring them to the ground like a hook.

Hammer Fist/ Holding one hand together and raising it up to slam down on the opponents body or shoulder like a hammer in various ways.

Sudo Strike/ like the basic karate chop, usually aiming for the head or shoulder area for most effective damage to any opponents.

Bear Fist/ Bringing the top half of the users fingers down and putting the thumb inward like making a fist they will make a fist that is usually used to push the foe back, not for full intentional damage.

High Left Counter Attack/ Your assailant sends a high blow to the left side of your face. You parry with the outer edge of your left hand and counter with a knuckle jab to his adam's apple or stomach.

Solar Plexus Counter Attack/ Your assailant attempts to punch you in the stomach. You step in and thwart the blow with a downward block; then counter attack with a knee into his solar plexus.

Appearance change: When using Fact, his right eye will glow a dark red for his iris. As for when Fiction is in use his left eye will glow a dark blue color in his iris
Abilities:
Fact/ This is Etsuo's nickname for his right eye and the general abilities connected to it. This eye may be active for as long as he pleases so long as he doesn't use abilities that drains it's power. The passive ability that comes with fact is the ability to see spirits and actually when one makes eye contact with fact, for two to three posts they will be able to see spirits no matter what tier they are. Expose to Fact's ability too many times might even cause a character to permanent gain spiritual sight and senses. The process in which Fact does this is clump energy around Etsuo and any beholder to a point in which the spiritual energies cannot be ignored by the body and become apparent temporarily. The ability that drains fact is it's ability to manipulate elements that aren't under ones direct control. Under his manipulation through he can expand, shrink, and shape how the element is in form. Using it on steel from a buildings, he might be able to manipulate the metal into giving him a proper sword. This is just manipulation and not true generation, so for him to manipulate the element it must already be present within the thread area. He may only use this for eight posts and then he lose the element manipulation and spiritual sight.(Note: The post amount will only go down for every post that he uses element manipulation and doesn't work like a countdown in a row for how long fact is active.) But he will still have all of his other senses be aware of the spiritual presence around him. When Fact is still active the ability has a recovery of one post use every six, but when it isn't it has a recovery rate of every two posts.

Fiction/ This is Etsuo's nickname for his left eye and abilities connected to it. The passive ability of fiction is to be able to see his own personal energy form and create illusions or spiritual figures of a sort. By making eye contact with fiction, he may reveal his energy and show the created illusions over the next two posts and even put the subject to perfect world if they focus on his eye long enough in a post or two. Fiction is also apparently able to see through other illusions as well for a bonus and is able to see through camouflage as energy clumps around beings that are in his sights. The activation ability of fiction is called Freeze Frame and Mind Link. The ultimate ability of Fiction is called Perfect World. It has a post use total of ten posts and it regains them one post at a time but only when it has been fully drained does it begin to regain post uses. If he reuses it after some posts the regain rate will stop and go back down to zero until he fully drains it again.

Electronic Mastery/ While Fact is also active, Etsuo can easily understand electronics, codes on a computer and various other logical knowledge that seems to be hidden in another part of his head. it might perhaps is the energy clumping around him decoding the codes and electronics making his understanding of them similar instead.

Freeze Frame/ One of the two activated abilities of Fiction, This ability only effects those under the effects of Fiction's passive ability, energy clumping around Etsuo sucks in the image of every in 25 ft. to left and right of his center point. Create a permanent image that is sort of caught in the afflicted vision for the time being until they become unaffected by Fiction. As this image is like a blanket over their head, they can't see if Etsuo leaves that spot until he leaves at least 25 ft. away from the spot he used it from. This ability use one post use every time it is activated.

Mind Link/ One of the two activated abilities of Fiction, through direct eye contact with another person, time slows down in both minds about one hundred times and each mind is link through energy able to share thoughts at the moment. This ability can be rejected and ended by either side at any moment when they don't wish to share their current thoughts anymore. This only lasts within a single post and every two uses will take away a post use from Fiction.

Perfect World/ This is Etsuo's greatest ability, By staring into his eye of fiction for practically a entire post following into another he may have the energy clumping around them to create the viewer's perfect world. The ability will cause someone to go unconscious if they stay within their perfect world for longer than a post or two and the ability can last for the rest of the thread unless they are harmed in reality. When Perfect World is in use, he may not use any other effect of Fiction. It may only be used once a thread and cuts Etsuo's post use count in half.

Supported Fact/ Technically a release of Fact, this release last for 5 posts and cannot be used unless Fact is at max post use count. This is improved from normal Fact by being able to manipulate multiple elements at once and a larger area of effect compared to before. He may also give all those in his view in this state, temporary spiritual sight if they don't already have it for four posts.

Past & Roleplay Sample

Character Background:
Birth & Early Childhood/ Etsuo Fenier was born into the world about 17 years ago in a hospital like most other people, he was brought into a family that was considered high class. He was raised as such in his early years and learned many stories about his family from various members young and old. He was the youngest member of the family for quite a long time until another little one came along to replace his spot. His early childhood was quite great and he didn't have really any abnormal worries or fears than other children, he might of even been somewhat afraid of the dark and being alone. this didn't last very long through as he entered later chapters in his life over the next few years left in his childhood.

Late Childhood/ Eventually he grew up learning various amounts of things but he eventually learned that he was somewhat different from others in his family. He couldn't see what were called spirits quite well, although he could sense them and hear them as they were around him every once and awhile. Etsuo also began developing the condition known as Insomnia finding he could fall at sleep at night for odd reasons often going on to explore his home and the world around it until his parents figured out from how tired he was becoming at the middle of the day. Eventually he was given many solutions that he didn't like but they got the job done quite well for what was needed for. Eventually one day, when he was looking into a mirror he found that his left eye was glowing a darker blue than normal and he studied it for so long. He didn't realize he trapped himself within his own ability and got caught in a ability known as Perfect World to him and slept until his power was drained to the right point.

Unlike when he slept normally through, he awoke with perfect memory of what happened in his sleep and he controlled everything that happened in his dream practically. This was the effects of his Perfect World ability and it began to solve most of his Insomnia problems but things still lingered as the ability still stressed his mind from completely resting like it should and not recording everything that happens in the dream like it has to. But, this is how Etsuo lived in the night over the next few years and even until present day and time.

Recent Years/ In recent times, in his early teenage years Etsuo trained his abilities and learned the other side of his preferred abilities that he has nicknamed Fiction. The new side was called Fact and it generally had to do with things that already existed , and Fiction dealt with things that truly didn't exist in the real world or technically even the spiritual world naturally. He eventually moved on to school and began a life there, he has met many new people and made a few friends but no one has quite bonded closely with him. He hopes that a good friend can eventually come along and join him in his various journeys towards a perfect world. But they both probably have another situation in front of them called School.


Roleplay Sample: Etsuo watched the world around him, it was a world of his own creation. Everything looked practically the same but the people that existed in it were much different. His fellow students didn't bother him unless it was about something positive going on, and the teachers were very lenient on homework and classwork . This was in his idea a very perfect world for his current situations. not having to be bothered by other troublesome people and the teachers didn't shove knowledge down your throat like you had a empty brain always ready for new material. It was a world that Etsuo could always escape to every night that he wished to get away from the world in which he couldn't slumber without his own help or medicine at the ready. Even when he used his own abilities he needed to see his own eyes in the mirror and exactly why he put a mirror oddly right over his own bed.

That was correct, currently Etsuo Fenier was fast asleep even with his Insomnia condition due to his abilities own effect on him and he enjoyed it that way. No one really knew of this at least to a extent to where they could harm him well enough, although things could be a disaster if anyone that found him as a enemy learned of this perfectly. He even bet in their perfect world that he was either dead or didn't exist, but that was just for now in the current time and place. Overall they probably found a very peaceful world in which they could make various choices without the dangerous results that might come from reality. They probably have many that love them, that truly don't in real life, finally bringing back some lost ones back in reality in there perfect world. These were all great ideas that he had in his mind of others perfect worlds, that he would probably never experience. That didn't fall into the extent of his left eye, that he nicknamed Fiction because it made dreams become true before other's eyes.

Eventually everything around him began to become faded and the light in the sky of day was becoming much darker, in reality he already knew was happening to him and his perfect world. He was waking up and there wasn't much he could do about it because he couldn't manage using perfect world without some form of break like awakening. He wouldn't find himself in a world that was bright in the morning, no he would find himself still deep in night at probably three in the morning. Etsuo could probably take some medicine or use the ability again but the time wasn't right because if he did, many classes in the morning would be missed. So he would schedule another time to be use his abilities to increase his time in a slumber state, as for now he needed to get ready for the day that is only three hours in.
