Ulquiorra doesn't show his emotions if he even has them. He's cold and callous, and often times reserved. He sees anyone in his way as an obstacle and deals with them accordingly. Anyone whom he sees as lower than he is treated as expandable, their life isn't important, just the mission. Similar to the other Espada, and most other powerful beings, he is not overtly violent and only fights when needed, either by provocation or orders from Aizen.
When killing his opponents, Ulquiorra has a fixation with stabbing them in the chest, much like Ulquiorra's own Hollow hole, as noted by Grimmjow. It's not known if he's aware of this.
Ulquiorra believes that if he cannot see something, then it does not exist. He claims that he doesn't believe in emotions like love and fear, being empty of all emotion. This leads to him being a materialistic person. Ulquiorra represents emptiness. Only the very last few moments of his life was Ulquiorra able to see what emotions were.
Ulquiorra's apathetic behavior enables to him to maintain control in situations. He is not easily surprised. Since he doesn't understand what emotions are, he is a little surprised during his fight with Ichigo. He doesn't understand that Ichigo has to fight even though Ulquiorra was completely and utterly stronger than him. Frustrated by Ichigo's continuance with the fight, Ulquiorra tells him it's pointless and tries to show Ichigo "true despair"; Ulquiorra goes Segunda Etapa.
Ulquiorra is a perceptive being, noticing things in the human world rather quickly. He notes Orihime's healing ability is a temporal-spatial ability, and notes how Ichigo has the potential to beat both him and Yammy.

Ulquiorra is very skilled in using his sword, although he hardly uses it. He can use his sword with tremendous speed and accuracy, so fast that Ichigo with his hollow mask couldn't keep up with his speed until after beating Grimmjow. He usually holds his sword in high right hand, keeping his left hand in his pocket. It is said that he only uses his sword on worth opponents.
Hand to hand fighting:
This is Ulquiorra's preferred method of fighting. It is noted by Ichigo that his fighting style is the same with a sword, his reach is just increased. One of Ulquiorra's favorite methods of hand to hand fighting are aerial maneuvers. Ulquiorra's movement is more vertical than horizontal.
Sonido:
Ulquiorra's sonido technique is very impressive. He is shown throwing Ichigo out of a tower and then catching up with him in seconds, after Ichigo was running away in bankai form. When fighting, his opponents find hard to even keep up Ulquiorra's movements.
Cero:
Ulquiorra's cero is green rather than red, like most other hollows. He shoots his cero by extend his pointer finger and gathering energy an inch or two from his finger. When blasted, his cero causes massive damage, and can travel for long distances. It doesn't take him long to shoot, recharge, and shoot again, which is impressive considering the power his ceros have. He is also shown to use Bala, a smaller, shorter, and weaker form of cero, but he prefers the cero.
Enhanced Hierro:
Ulquiorra's hierro is strong enough to withstand Ichigo's Bankai Getsuga Tenshou. When in Segunda Etapa, Ulquiorra doesn't have any trouble blocking Ichigo's attack even though Ichigo is in Bankai with his Hollow mask.
High Speed Regeneration:
At the cost of not gaining strength, Ulquiorra was able to keep his High Speed Regeneration skill. He can regenerate anything other than internal organs and his brain. It takes a few seconds to regenerate and requires some energy.
Solita Vista:
Ulquiorra can crush one his eyes to show past memories and thoughts.
Garganta:
Can willingly open a portal between Hueco Mundo and the World of the Living. He can also use Garganta to relay messages.

His reitsu condenses and turns into a spear-shaped object. Ulquiorra uses this as a melee weapon, attacking opponents with it.
Enhanced Speed:
Speed is greatly improved upon each transformation. Ulquiorra begins to take more aerial moves as he now has wings.
Enhanced Hierro:
Hierro is greatly improved upon each transformation.
Enhanced Reitsu:
Reitsu increases enough to cause a black background in the surrounding area. Also, upon releasing, Ulquiorra emits green rain that is strong enough to deeply dent the top of Las Noches.
SECOND RELEASE ABILITIES:
Latigo:
He grows a long tail with a ball of fur at the end of it. He uses it to trip opponents or to sneak attack them. It is very fast and lethal. Ulquiorra is shown holding Ichigo by his nech with it.
Lanza del Rampago:
An upgraded version of Luz de la Luna, this attack has an unstable ball of reitsu at each end of it. Although it can still be used as a melee weapon, it has the added ability to detonate after being thrown and causing a massive explosion.

Character Background: (Three paragraphs or 15 sentences minimum)
Not much is known of Ulquiorra's history. All we know of this mysterious Espada is that he wandered Hueco Mundo alone. He stood apart from others, being white in a black world. One day, while he was walking aimlessly in the empty land that is Hueco Mundo, he found a tree. The tree was white with spiky branches. After despising his existence for so long, he felt at ease with tree. He leaned down and cut his full-headed mask off, leaving only the top left of it. Shortly thereafter, he was recruited by Aizen to join the league of Espadas.
Ulquiorra's Revival:
Long after Ulquiorra's defeat, the dust his body disintegrated in to had been spread far and wide over Hueco Mundo. As time went on, everyone forgot about the Espadas and Aizen through times of peace and war. That is, of course, until Aizen began teaming up with Juhabach. Aizen wanted the help of his old Espada, so he began looking into revival techniques. Through his connections with Juhabach, he found old books dealing with reviving fallen comrades. The books fell out of place due to the nature in which they revived people, and because Soul Society deemed that it was unnatural and unethical to revive anyone.
Aizen studied these books and learned every possible way of revival. He found that he had to sacrifice someone to keep the balance of souls in check. He also found that he needed an enormous amount of reitsu to accomplish this. His studies clarify a team working together to pull enough energy between them, but luckily for Aizen, he knew that he had more reitsu than any standard team from Soul Society.
Aizen convinced a young, naive Soul Reaper to help him with his quest to bring back his Espadas. He planned on bringing Ulquiorra back first. He chose Ulquiorra because he was strong enough to be of use, but if the revival failed, he could still try again on someone stronger. He also admired Ulquiorra's intelligence and strength. Aizen trusted Ulquiorra's intellect and he always knew the fourth Espada had hidden strength.
One night in Hueco Mundo, Aizen and the young Soul Reaper went to the ruins of Las Noches. Aizen told the Soul Reaper to stand still and watch for Hollows. Unbeknownst to Aizen's plan, the Soul Reaper did as instructed and let his guard down to keep watch. Aizen stood still, his arms extended out, his left hand cradled into his right. The Soul Reaper could hear kido, but was unsure of its existence. He didn't want to question Aizen as he clearly was more experienced. He did catch a few words, "I send to thee a new victim, return to me my old fallen comrade" and "With his soul balance is restored". He also heard a weird name which never heard before; something like Ulquiorra.
Before he knew it, the young Soul Reaper was suddenly consumed by Aizen's reitsu. His mouth and eyes began emitting Aizen's purple reitsu. He was screaming for help. Aizen watched closely, memorizing everything that he saw. Suddenly, the young Soul Reaper vanished, his clothes being the only thing that remained. All was calm. Aizen put his hands down and cursed loudly. Winds of hurricane speed then gathered around where the Soul Reaper vanished. Aizen noticed sands of the desert build on the spot, only the sand wasn't white. It was black. Aizen's eyes widened as he saw a dark pile ashen dust form the shape of the familiar Espada. The horns formed, then the wings. Aizen didn't recognize this form, but knew it must have been Ulquiorra. "Could this have been the hidden power Ulquiorra had?" Aizen thought. Black turned white, then fur grew on the arms and legs. Facial features became detailed. Eyes popped into existence. Dark green eyes.
Ulquiorra, fully formed, staggered, coughed, then collapsed. He reverted back to his unreleased form.
Roleplay Sameple:
Ulquiorra's head was hurting. It felt like he waking from a bad dream, except he didn't remember anything. Dizzy, he slowly got up. He saw a white uniform with black trim. He grabbed it and checked to see if it fit. He put the clothes on which felt right to him. He heard movement from behind. His fighting instincts influencing him, he quickly turned around.
Ulquiorra: "Who's there?''
Aizen: ''Ah, I'm glad to see that you're awake. It was a lot of work bringing you back.''
Ulquiorra began analyzing the situation. He was in a place that seemed so familiar, but so strange.
Ulquiorra: "Who are you? Where am I?" He spoke calmly, but he was unsure of the figure before him.
Aizen: ''Your name is Ulquiorra Cifer. You were one of my top Espadas almost a hundred years. You were killed by a man named Ichigo Kurosaki. Do you remember anything?" Aizen spoke calmly as well, not wanting to alarm Ulquiorra."
Ulquiorra stood silent for a moment. He didn't know what was going. He didn't recognize the name Ulquiorra.
Ulquiorra: "I don't remember anything." He looked at his hands. He looked down. It all seemed weird. He didn't like it. He didn't trust this man that supposedly revived him.
Aizen: "Sigh... You were strong, once. I hardly feel reitsu from you. This experiment was a failure." He began thinking to himself: "It would seem that reviving a person doesn't return memories or abilities, just body and a few cognitive abilities. I wonder if he has any of his strength..." Aizen begins speaking again: "Let me test something on you, Ulquiorra." Aizen walked slowly towards Ulquiorra, who put his hand in his pocket. Aizen stopped and smiled at Ulquiorra. "Hado Number 4: Byakurai" The attack hit Ulquiorra in the chest, a few centimeters below his Hollow hole. He passed out cold.
Aizen: "This revival technique is useless. I shouldn't waste my time reviving useless hollows. He should have been able to block that attack." Aizen left Ulquiorra's seemingly dead body in Las Noches.
Later...
Ulquiorra begins to move again. This is the second time that he woke up confused and dizzy.
Ulquiorra: "That man... he said he revived me, but then he tried to kill me. I'm not sure who his allegiance belongs to, but he will pay. He said I was strong. Maybe my powers are laying dormant within me." Ulquiorra began thinking about everything that he knew about this man. His eye became irritant. Ulquiorra began rubbing his eye with his finger tips. He subconsciously grabbed his eye and pulled it out. He felt no pain from it. "This..." He crushed his eye and he was encompassed by the fragments.
Ulquiorra saw himself. He was talking to that man from before. Ulquiorra heard himself call him Aizen. "It seems that I did work for Aizen." This memory flashed by, then another came up. Ulquiorra saw a man with orange hair whom he called Ichigo. He saw a woman who wore a similar uniform to the one that he was wearing. He saw Ichigo again, but this time they were fighting. Ulquiorra noticed that he looked different. He had fur and he had yellow irises. Ulquiorra relived his death. He suddenly remembered everything that had happened.
Ulquiorra: "I see." He calmly stared into the night sky. "I was an Espada." He reached for his sword. Extending it outward, he said: "Enclose, Murcielago."
